Analyzing a 13 mana top battle from Champion League.
Hi, today I'm about to write a post featuring a 13 mana cap battle from analyzing a top battle from champion league in modern format.
The battle that I have watched was between Mikasa232002 and Star.Shroud where Star.Shroud won the battle.

A little info about the battle:
With Mylor Crowling as summoner, Mikasa232002 has used four monsters which are: Chaos Agent, Hill Giant, Regal Peryton and Mycelic Morphoid.
And with Lux Vega as summoner, Star.Shroud also used four monster which are: Vampire Bat, Epona, Djinn Biljka and Mycelic Morphoid. Star.Shroud was the lucky winner using earth splinter with the neutral summoner.
Now, I will describe the monster cards both team has used in the battle and I'll talk a little about those cards.
Mikasa232002 used Mylor Crowling as summoner.

At first, all the melee attack monsters in the battle (from both team) got sneak ability at the start of the battle and there were total 4 melee attack monsters in two team (two melee attack monsters in each team). And only monsters with odd mana could be used on the battle which also means that monsters with even mana couldn't be used.
All friendly monsters of Mikasa232002 got thorns ability at the start of the battle. And all friendly monsters of Star.Shroud got +1 speed, +1 armor and +1 health at the start of the battle. Then all friendly monsters of Star.Shroud got one more health for strengthen ability of their Epona and all friendly monsters of Mikasa232002 lost 1 health for weaken ability of opponent's Djinn Biljka.
Both team did good in the battle and the extra armor from Lux Vega of Star.Shroud was really helpful for their team. Chaos Agent used the backfire ability at the beginning when Vampire Bat missed the attack on Chaos Agent and when the backfire sent 2 damage, Vampire Bat dodged and got only one damage. As melee monsters had sneak ability, they were attacking from their own position, no matter where they were. Friendly monsters of Mikasa232002 kept using the thorns ability and even Chaos Agent used it when it was dying. Epona repaired armor of two of its friendly monsters and then died when Djinn Biljka lost the extra health that came from strengthen ability.
Then Djinn Biljka did the last attack and went for victory.
So finally here are the results of the battle between Mikasa232002 and Star.Shroud.
