Analyzing a battle in ferocity ruleset from Gold League.

Hi, today I'm about to write a post featuring a battle in ferocity ruleset from analyzing a top battle from gold league in modern format.

The battle that I have watched was between Hellslash and Terroriser where Hellslash won the battle.

A little info about the battle:

With Immortalis as summoner, Hellslash used six monsters which are: Kron the Undying, Oaken Behemoth, Mycelic Slipspawn, Runemancer Florre, Queen Mycelia, Goblin Psychic.

And with Immortalis as summoner, Terroriser also used six monsters which are: Centauri Mage, Oaken Behemoth, Magi of Chaos, Kron the Undying, Goblin Psychic, Mycelic Slipspawn.

At first, all monsters in the battle got magic reflect and fury ability. As all monsters there were magic monsters because of the wands out ruleset, so the magic reflect ability should be spinning throughout the whole battle. Both team had one monster in the team that had taunt ability so those monsters with taunt will get double damage from opponent monsters because of the ferocity ruleset that gave fury ability to all monsters.

Then all monsters in the battle lost 1 health each and got void, shatter abilities from their summoners. The void ability will reduce magic damage. This battle actually stands in some fantastic rulesets where it looks like you're asking someone to eat after stitching his/her mouth. Only magic monsters can be used but they can't attack as they wish.

As most of Hellslash's monsters got higher speed so they kept attacking the taunt monster of their opponent team and killed that monster so fast doing double damage for the ferocity ruleset. And Hellslash also lost their monster with taunt ability in the same round. But Hellslash was so much ahead damaging their opponent monsters big time. Both team lost one monster each in the first round but Terroriser's team looked so broken in compare to Hellslash's team.

After taunt monsters from both team died first, now they started attacking indiscriminately and as every monsters there were magic monsters and all of them had magic reflect ability, they kept returning the magic attacks so the attackers kept losing some health as well. There was a monster with heal ability and another monster with tank heal ability and both team had them. Those monsters kept using their healing abilities in every round to healing themself or the monster in the front position.

Oaken Behemoth of Hellslash did the last attack and went for victory.

Now, I will describe the monster cards both team has used in the battle and I'll talk a little about those cards.

The winner didn't get any regular reward as this was a tournament battle. But the winner Hellslash got the second position in the tournament result and won 200 SPS.
