I'm going to show you some chaos legion cards, including a summoner that allows a new deck type/combination for the LIGHT deck, I'm going to show prices, cp, why these card choices are made and the deck's general idea.
NOTE: the prices were adjusted today 12/15, so there are many cards above the normal value, as the ranked season ends today.

Summoners

General Sloan

(0.108 dec/day 20cp lv 1; 3.7 dec/day 100cp lv 2 and 5.2 dec/day 500cp lv2 GOLD)

It was the missing summoner for the low cost light deck, since we have many light and neutral cards with ranged damage and low cost in decs, it becomes a good strategy to bypass magic defense and decks with monsters with the ability to thorn.

Key Light Cards

Gargoya Scrapper

(0.1 dec/day 20cp lv 3; 3 dec/day 125cp lv3 GOLD)

Lv 3 is a 1 mana 1 melee, 2 health and void, great choice of first tanker especially if the opponent plays with magic attack monsters, helps to adjust the manacap curve.

Bliding Reflector

(free lv1; 2.8 dec/day 125cp lv 3 GOLD)

A great tanker for low resource duels, has 1 melee attack, 3 shield and 4 hp, at lv 3 it gains one more life point which allows you to hold many games x melee and ranged decks at a low mana cost (3).

Pelacor Arbalest (free lv1; 2.25 dec/day 100cp lv2)

Strong card, double strike, and combo with General Sloan, attack 3 + 3 with this summoner, really Strong, lv 2 increase Health for 3, and avoid some sniper monster like Mantoid with power 2.

Stitch Leech

(free lv1; 3.8 dec/day 125cp lv 3 GOLD)

At a low cost (3), it offers a monster with 2 attack melee, with 4 hp and with sneak ability, allowing you to attack from any position and attack the opponent's backline, if his last monster is not a monster with a lot life, it's an easy way to punish his backline.

Chaos Knight

(free lv1; 3.8 dec/day 125cp lv 3; 3.8 dec/day 125cp lv 3 GOLD)

For a manacap of 6, it has the ability to shield, protect against melee and ranged, has at lv3, 3 melee attack, 4 hp and 3 shield, can be combined with cards to restore shield (armorsmith or Scavo Hireling), considering that the light deck has many cards to remove negative buff and heal the tank at low cost 2/3 manacap, it is an extremely interesting and low cost tank.

Temporal Master

(2.5 dec/day 100cp lv 1; 100 dec/day 2500cp lv2 GOLD)

It has a very strong ability, Recharge is an ability that can blast a creature on the second turn, has a low mana cost (3) and still has magic damage, in case the opponent comes up with an anti-melee strategy, which is something common against light decks, due to having few strong creatures with magic attack.

Prismologist

(5.6 dec/day 100cp lv 1; 100 dec/day 2500cp lv2 GOLD)

High cost, but this card's return in efficiency is much higher, it has blast ability, and with 3 power, it can go to 4 with the use of General Sloan, this card can take 2 monsters at once or even 3, if an opponent's monster that is in the middle positions has the ability of Taunt.

Only cards from chaos edition were commented, but there are many neutral and light cards that can be used in the deck, I'll just name a few for this game strategy costing up to 10 decs/day.
