Splinterlands: Gold Foil Wily Coyotian and My Daily Gold Chests

I have taken a few days off from writing and playing Splinterlands. Everyone needs a bread every now and again! I'm back in the saddle and earning those gold chests and pulling some more cards. I didn't get anything really new but I did pull out a GF Wily Coyotian. I've really not discussed much in the death cards because to be completely honest, I avoid the death splinter like the plague. It's not that it's hard, but I just find I have to think it through much more than I would with water, dragon, fire, or life. So today I'll finally give my thoughts on the Wily Cototian (every time I see it I think of the Roadrunner and Wily Coyote....)

Wily Coyote Coyotian is of course from the death splinter. His attack is pretty sad from the get go with one melee. Speed is absolutely horrible at two. He does come with a little armor but has really crappy health. The only saving grace is that he is only two mana. Once he levels up to six we pick up some phase so he isn't necessarily a one hit kill from a magic team, so some improvement. Finally at max level he gets two melee attack, four speed, three armor and six health. Add in the phase and he's a pretty badass card for only two mana. If he only had sneak or opportunity along with bloodlust he would be a monster!

So in summary, not a real useful card until he levels up significantly and then becomes a half decent secondary tank. I probably won't use him much though because I do tend to avoid this splinter like the zombie apocalypse!
