Hello Splinterlands friends, today I wanted to dedicate a post to one of the last cards of the Reward edition that have appeared, its name is Revealer and many of you have already suffered its power.

Hola amigos de Splinterlands, el día de hoy quería dedicarle un post a una de las últimas cartas de la edición Reward que han aparecido, su nombre es Revealer y muchos de vosotros ya habréis sufrido su poder.

Revealer is a card of epic rarity and belongs to Splinter Death. With a mana cost of 4 points, Revealer has a magic attack of 1 point of damage, 2 points of speed and 4 points of life at level 1. But what really makes this card something special is its initial ability.

Revealer es una carta de rareza épica y perteneciente al Splinter Muerte. Con un coste de maná de 4 puntos, Revealer cuenta con un ataque mágico de 1 punto de daño, 2 puntos de velocidad y 4 puntos de vida a nivel 1. Pero lo que realmente hace de ésta carta algo especial es su habilidad inicial.

What makes Revealer a special card

The great advantage of using Revealer is its ability Stun, one of the best abilities that can turn a game in your favor. This ability consists of having a 50% chance of stunning the hit target so that it cannot attack in the next turn.

Y es que la gran ventaja de usar a Revealer es su habilidad Stun, una de las mejores habilidades y que puede decantar una partida a tu favor. Esta habilidad consiste en tener un 50% de probabilidades de aturdir al objetivo golpeado y que no pueda atacar en el siguiente turno.

There is only 1 other card in all Splinterlands that at level 1 has this ability and it is Pit Ogre, although as we can see it has a higher mana cost and its speed is so low that it is very likely to miss its attack. Besides being a melee attack creature, it is usually used in first position, which allows it to be eliminated more easily.

Sólo existe 1 carta más en todo Splinterlands que a nivel 1 cuenta con esta habilidad y es Pit Ogre, aunque como podemos ver tiene un coste de maná más elevado y su velocidad es tan baja que es muy probable que falle su ataque. Además al ser una criatura de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo suele usarse primera posición lo que permite que sea eliminada más fácilmente.

On the contrary, our Revealer can be used from anywhere on the battlefield making it one of the most playable cards in Splinterlands.

Al contrario, nuestro Revealer puede ser usado desde cualquier lugar del campo de batalla lo que lo hace una de las cartas más jugables de Splinterlands.

Stun + Knock Out, the perfect combination of skills

But there is even more, if we combine the ability Stun with Knock Out we get the creature with Knock Out to do double damage to the creature affected with Stun.

Pero aún hay más, si combinamos la habilidad Stun con Knock Out conseguimos que la criatura con Knock Out haga el doble de daño a la criatura afectada con Stun.

And this combo is very easy to do now with Revealer and Djinn Muirat which are perfectly compatible thanks to the fact that both creatures have magic attack and we can use them far from the first positions.

Y este combo es muy fácil de hacer ahora con Revealer y Djinn Muirat que se compenetran perfectamente gracias a que las 2 criaturas tienen ataque mágico y podemos usarlas lejos de las primeras posiciones.

The higher the level, the more powerful

But it doesn't end there, Revealer becomes more powerful with each level he goes up and gains very useful skills in combat:

At level 3 it becomes a creature with a low mana cost and a good punch.

A nivel 3 se convierte obtiene 2 puntos de ataque mágico lo que la convierte en una criatura de bajo coste de maná y buena pegada.

At level 4 get the ability Immunity perfect to avoid poison damage and other negative effects.

A nivel 4 consigue la habilidad Immunity perfecta para evitar el daño por veneno y otros efectos negativos.

And at level 6 it has the new ability Reflection Shield avoiding all damage from Blast, Magic Reflect, Thorns and Return Fire.

Y a nivel 6 tiene la nueva habilidad Reflection Shield evitando todo el daño de Blast, Magic Reflect, Thorns y Return Fire.

Finally, I wanted to show you some of the battles I have played with the Revealer in which he has excelled:

Mana Cap: 23 # Rules: Melee Mayhem

A complicated game in which the opponent constantly heals the Sea Monster. Everything seems to be against us but in the end I manage to activate the ability Stun at the right time to avoid healing and do the final damage to eliminate it.

Una partida complicada en el que el rival cura constantemente al Sea Monster. Todo parece que está en nuestra contra pero al final consigo activar la habilidad Stun en el momento justo para no poder curarse y hacer el daño definitivo para eliminarla.

Mana Cap: 44 # Rules: Close Range|Healed Out

In this combat we combine the ability Stun with Knock Out. Not only we prevent their strongest creatures from attacking us, but also the combination of both abilities makes Djinn Muirat do double damage.

En este combate combinamos la habilidad Stun con Knock Out. No solo evitamos que sus criaturas más fuertes nos ataquen, sino que además la combinación de ambas habilidades hacen que Djinn Muirat haga el doble de daño.

Mana Cap: 99 # Rules: Unprotected|Holy Protection

And finally, in this combat we can see how in spite of the advantage that the rival has, being able to prevent his most powerful creatures from attacking us, gives us enough advantage to defeat him.

Y por último, en este combate podemos ver como a pesar de la ventaja que el rival tiene, el poder evitar que puedan atacarnos sus criaturas más poderosas, nos da la ventaja suficiente para derrotarlo.

Conclusion

As you can see, Revealer is an incredible card that for little mana can win us a game since it can have some of the best abilities in the game Stun, Immunity and Reflection Shield.

Como podéis ver, Revealer es una carta increíble que por poco maná nos puede hacer ganar una partida ya que puede llegar a tener unas de las mejores habilidades del juego Stun, Immunity y Reflection Shield.

I advise to raise it to level 3 because it gets 1 more point of damage and especially to take it to level 4 when it already has the ability Immunity and will be more difficult to destroy.

Aconsejo subirlo a nivel 3 porque consigue 1 punto más de daño y sobretodo llevarlo a nivel 4 cuando ya tiene la habilidad Immunity y será más difícil de destruir.

In my opinion, one of the best Splinter Death cards in a long time.

En mi opinión, una de las mejores cartas del Splinter Muerte en mucho tiempo.
