The Dragon Splinter of Draykh-Nahka is the home of the Dragon people. Also known as the united Gloridax, the people and Dragons of this Splinter will stop at nothing to protect the Fire Blood. The Gloridax are themselves ruled by rigid bureaucracy, and they attempt to rule the Splinterlands through a web of power, treachery and financial control.

El Splinter Dragon de Draykh-Nahka es el hogar del pueblo Dragón. También conocidos como los Gloridax unidos, el pueblo y los Dragones de esta Escisión no se detendrán ante nada para proteger la Sangre de Fuego. Los Gloridax se rigen a su vez por una rígida burocracia, e intentan gobernar la Escisión mediante una red de poder, traición y control financiero.

Sharing my battle

In this week's Splinterlands challenge it's time to comment on a Dragon battle and I wanted to show you one of the last ones I've done in a Brawl.

En el desafío de Splinterlands de esta semana toca comentar una batalla de Dragones y he querido mostraros una de las últimas que he hecho en una Brawl.

In it I use the summoner Quix the Devious, the last legendary summoner that has appeared in the Chaos Legion edition and that has a good ratio of mana cost combined with the disadvantages it gives to the enemy.

En ella utilizo al invocador Quix the Devious, el último invocador legendario que ha aparecido en la edición Chaos Legion y que tienen una buena relación de coste de maná unido a las desventajas que le otorga al enemigo.

It is one of my favorite cards as it allows me to use cards from all Splinters at high levels without having to have a summoner from each of the Splinters at that level.

Es una de mis cartas favoritas ya que me permite usar cartas de todos los Splinters a niveles altos sin tener que tener un invocador de cada uno de los Splinters a ese nivel.

Let's see how I organized the battle and why I used each card in that position.

Veamos como organicé la batalla y porqué usé cada carta en ese posición.

Mana Cap: 34 # Rules: Weak Magic

In this game I face an enemy that uses the Splinter Fire. The rules of the game are that we can only use Chaos Legion cards. I am also going for a Dragon-Fire combination. While the enemy is going to be more lethal in his melee attacks, I'm going to penalize his speed with my summoner and try to make his creatures miss when attacking me.

En esta partida me enfrento a un enemigo que usa el Splinter Fuego. Las reglas de juego son que únicamente podemos usar cartas Chaos Legion. Yo también voy a apostar por una combinación de Dragón-Fuego. Mientras el enemigo va a ser más letal en sus ataques cuerpo a cuerpo, yo con mi invocador voy a penalizar su velocidad y así intentar que sus criaturas fallen al atacarme.

Summoner: Quix the Devious

It's Quix the Devious' turn, I'm going to use several Dragon cards and I'd rather avoid the enemy's attacks than have very powerful attacks.

Es el turno de Quix the Devious, voy a usar varias cartas Dragón y además prefiero evitar los ataques del enemigo que tener ataques muy poderosos.

Position 1: Carnage Titan

I will put Carnage Titan in first place, I know that thanks to its Reach ability I should put it in second position but the amount of mana is not very high and its double attack will be very good for me.

En primer lugar pondré a Carnage Titan, ya se que gracias a su habilidad Reach debería ponerlo en segunda posición pero la cantidad de maná no es muy elevada y su doble ataque me vendrá muy bien.

Position 2: Scavo Chemist

Scavo Chemist is going to be there to hinder the enemy and if and at the same time if my creature in first position suffers some negative effect that cancels it out.

Scavo Chemist va a estar ahí para estorbar al enemigo y si y al mismo tiempo si mi criatura en primera posición sufre algún efecto negativo que lo anule.

Position 3: Djinn Inferni

In third position is one of my favorite Splinter Fire cards, Djinn Inferni. Perfect for eliminating creatures of mana cost 10 or more as his Giant killer ability doubles his damage.*

En tercera posición una de mis cartas favoritas del Splinter Fuego, Djinn Inferni. Perfecto para eliminar criaturas de coste de maná 10 o más ya que su habilidad Giant killer le duplica el daño.

Position 4: Tenyii Striker

What to say about Tenyii Striker, one of the most used cards in the game. Good ratio of mana cost to strength, toughness and speed. Perfect for attacking creatures in last position.

Que decir de Tenyii Striker, una de las cartas más usadas del juego. Buena relación de coste de maná con fuerza, resistencia y velocidad. Perfecta para atacar a las criaturas en última posición.

Position 5: Void Dragon

And finally, in fifth position we have Void Dragon, to defend against attacks from the rear, since its speed and Flying ability make it a difficult enemy to hit.

Y por último, en quinta posición tenemos a Void Dragon, para defenderse de los ataques que reciba por la retaguardia ya que su velocidad y habilidad Flying lo convierten en un enemigo difícil de golpear.

Combat comments: As you can see, the Splinter Dragon gives us the possibility to use a great variety of card combinations and that is why it is more difficult to set up a strategy. Within the Splinter Dragon we have summoners that boost our melee, ranged, magic attack or counter enemy attributes.

Como podéis observar, el Splinter Dragón nos da la posibilidad de usar una gran variedad de combinaciones de cartas y es por eso que es más difícil de armarle una estrategia. Dentro del Splinter Dragón tenemos invocadores que potencian nuestro ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, a distancia, mágico o contrarrestan los atributos enemigos.

The only problem is that his creatures cost much more mana but by being able to combine him with other Splinters we can form a balanced strategy to defeat the enemy.

El único problema es que sus criaturas cuestan mucho más maná pero al poder combinarlo con otros Splinters podemos formar una estrategia equilibrada para derrotar al enemigo.
