Hello Splinterlands friends. Another week and this time I bring you the analysis of a new card purchased to enhance my collection. I continue to dedicate myself to acquiring new cards that I don't have from old collections and that I think I can get a lot out of them when I play with them.

Hola amigos de Splinterlands. Una semana más y en esta ocasión os traigo el análisis de una nueva carta comprada para potenciar mi colección. Sigo dedicándome a adquirir nuevas cartas que no tengo de colecciones antiguas y que creo que puedo sacar mucho partido cuando juegue con ellas.

This time I decided to buy the Thunderbird card and although I paid a considerable amount, I think it will come in handy in certain conditions.

Esta vez me decidí a comprar la carta Thunderbird y aunque he pagado un importe considerable, creo que me va a venir muy bien en determinadas condiciones.

THUNDERBIRD

Let's talk a little about the card:

Thunderbird belongs to the Untamed edition and is a card of the Splinter Life and epic rarity. It has a mana cost of only 3 points, plus 4 points of life, 3 point of speed and 1 point of ranged attack.

Thunderbird pertenece a la edición Untamed y es una carta del Splinter Vida y rareza épica. Tiene un coste de maná de tan sólo 3 puntos, además de 4 puntos de vida, 3 punto de velocidad y 1 punto de ataque a distancia.

The first thing we notice when we see the card design is its manga style and its strong resemblance to the adorable Picachu. I love it!

Lo primero que nos fijamos al ver el diseño de la carta es su estilo manga y su gran parecido al adorable Picachu. ¡Me encanta!

In the following image we can see a chart of the evolution of the card. We can see how at level 3 it already has 2 attack points at distance, which is not bad at all. At level 4 it gets the ability Stun and it is really where its quality/price ratio is justified. At level 6 finally, it gets the Redemption ability, one of the best abilities of the whole game, but it will still be almost impossible to take this card to that level.

En la siguiente imagen podemos observar una tabla de evolución de la carta. Podemos apreciar como a nivel 3 ya dispone de 2 puntos de ataque a distancia que no está nada mal. A nivel 4 consigue la habilidad Stun y realmente es donde su relación calidad/precio se ve justificada. A nivel 6 por último, consigue la habilidad Redemption, una de las mejores habilidades de todo el juego aún va a resultar casi imposible poder llevar a esta carta a ese nivel.

I bought Thunderbird for its balance in mana cost and life points. It is also a creature with the ability Flying which is perfect when the combat condition is Earthquake and together with the summoner General Sloan is perfect to boost its ranged attack. I don't think I'll ever level her up to level 3, but at level 1 she's a very good card to play at certain times. I paid $3,389 for her last week and she's currently at $3,933. I think over time it will eventually get into the $4.5 - $5 range.

He comprado Thunderbird por su equilibrio en coste de maná y puntos de vida. Además es una criatura con la habilidad Flying lo que es perfecta cuando la condición del combate sea Earthquake y junto a la invocadora General Sloan es perfecta para potenciar su ataque a distancia. No creo que llegue a subirla a nivel 3, pero a nivel 1 es una muy buena carta para jugarla en determinados momentos. Pagué por ella $3.389 la semana pasada y en estos momentos está a $3.933. Creo que con el paso del tiempo llegará a situarse en los entre los 4.5 - 5 dólares.

THUNDERBIRD IN COMBAT

My collection of Life Splinter cards continues to grow, there are few cards left to get that I am interested in and that will be good for me to boost Life Splinter. It has been a frantic month in which I have been bidding in Peakmonster and with patience I have obtained the cards I wanted at a reasonable price.

Mi colección de cartas del Splinter Vida sigue aumentando, ya quedan pocas cartas que conseguir de las que estoy interesado y me vengan bien para potenciar el Splinter Vida. Ha sido un mes frenético en el que he ido pujando en Peakmonster y con paciencia he conseguido las cartas que deseaba a un precio razonable.

Thunderbird as I said is perfect when the battle condition is Earthquake or Little League, in one of these conditions it is highly recommended to use it. In addition, little by little I've got a good collection of flying cards that will allow me to play with the Earthquake condition and dodge many attacks.

Thunderbird como he dicho es perfecta cuando la condición de batalla es Earthquake o Little League, en una de estas condición es muy recomendable usarla. Además poco a poco he conseguido una buena colección de cartas voladoras que me van a permitir jugar con la condición Earthquake y esquivar muchos ataques.

To every Splinterland player I recommend that you start leveling up the Life Splinter. It is one of the cheapest today and I think it has a lot of creatures of all kinds that we can use in different combat conditions. If what we want is to attack melee is mandatory use Uriel the Purifier, Chaos Knight, Stitch Leech or Celestial Harpy. If what we want is to attack from a distance, then we have very effective cards such as Venari Crystalsmith, Pelacor Arbalest, Prismologist and finally, we have a great selection of magical attack creatures, such as Time Mage, Dax Paragon, Adelade Brightwing or Djinn Renova.

A todo jugador de Splinterland le recomiendo que comience a subir de nivel el Splinter Vida. Es uno de los más económicos a día de hoy y creo que tiene una gran cantidad de criaturas de todo tipo que podemos usar en diferentes condiciones de combate. Si lo que queremos es atacar cuerpo a cuerpo es de obligado uso Uriel the Purifier, Chaos Knight, Stitch Leech o Celestial Harpy. Si lo nuestro es el ataque a distancia, entonces tenemos cartas muy efectivas como Venari Crystalsmith, Pelacor Arbalest, Prismologist y por último criaturas de ataque mágico tenemos una gran selección, como pueden ser Time Mage, Dax Paragon, Adelade Brightwing o Djinn Renova.
