Who has issue for a new player (RENTING)

I think they shouldn't do this for new players because why some of the new players doesn't have a Hive power to gain "resource credits" because they just started. Bronze 3 doesn't give DEC and Bronze rewards are all credits and cards.
This system will eventually suffer from a new player. Why new players can invest money in a card but it's not enough to gain power or win battles with just a few cards. This problem should be fixed!!! ASAP! players will not enjoy this.

You don't have any Hive powered up in your account, and have obviously been doing a lot of activities.

Hive doesn't have "gas fees" like ETH, NEO, etc - it instead uses Resource Credits that regenerate over time (no $$ lost to transact), but you do have to have staked Hive to increase your RC.
