Hola, Hive Community!!

First of all, thank you everyone for the warm welcome. My first blog post got a lot of love from the community. Special thanks to @lovesniper & @indayclara's suggestion - I decided to do a quick introductory post!

So, WHO AM I?

About a year ago, I was just a college student pursuing Marketing in Toronto over 11,000 miles away from home back in India. Toronto, being very multi-cultural introduced me to people from literally all over the world. But learning about other cultures comes with its challenges - one of them being names. I bet a lot of you are bad at it - remembering names, and even worse - pronouncing them. This is how I got my nickname - Jazz. Not because of my love for Jazz music but because of how easy it is to say and remember (My actual name is Jasmeet - try pronouncing and see if you get it right!)

MY PROFESSION

I'm a Marketing Manager at an IT firm where I worked as an intern for about a year during my college. That's my 9 to 5.

So, what do I do with the rest of my day?

Well, other than drooling over my daily crypto gains, there are two things I live for -

• Delicious vegan food - Yes, I cook!

• Health and Fitness (Includes trail-walking, running, but mostly that boring weight-lifting stuff)
