"Battle Mage Secrets" is brought to you by @Splinterlands and I'm @jeffqt will be your player today. I will be blogging my Splinterlands battle with a given battle ruleset which is "Melee Mayhem". Where Melee attack Monsters can attack from any position.

The purpose of this blog is to share ideas and strategies that could be a potential line up in this kind of battle ruleset and also for advertising @Splinterlands game by sharing this content to different social media platforms. By doing this I can contribute for making Splinterlands more popular web 3 game. This battle is capped at "Bronze League".

This is kinda confusing to me because I don't know what to prioritize whether it is melee, range or magic damages. However, I focus more on magic damage and support it with some melee and range damage. And I use a the summoner "Immortalis" where it can give an edge in monsters with magic damage because it has the "Void" ability that it can buff to the team line up. It reduces the magic damages inflict by the enemy by half. Also with "Shatter" ability, when hit by an attack from Monsters with Shatter. Target's armor is destroyed. Lastly, it negates a one (1) health from all enemy units which gives them more vulnerability in the battle. This summoner a "Chaos Legion Edition" cards and I think this is one of the most strongest summoner in this edition.

Summoner: Immortalis - Useful against Armored Up ruleset and for magic damage monsters because its reduces magic damage attacks.

First Position: Chain Golem - Positioned in front to absorb damage and defend enemy units with melee and range. However it is vulnerable in magic attacks need a healer to sustain their damage.

Second Position: Fungus Fiend - O mana card that gives additional space in the line up. Can be used as a sacrifice and also on offensive side because it contains melee damage.

Third Position: Queen Mycelia - Gives additional protection to the team because it provides the whole team to gain an additional +2 armor and deals also magic damage.

Fourth Position: Goblin Psychic Gives sustainability whoever is in the first position because it has the ability to heal. This kinds of monster is a must when it comes to sustainability.

Fifth Position: Regal Peryton An additional magic damage and positioned at the back to negate sneak attacks. This has a high possibility to negate enemy melee and range attacks because of its high speed and flying ability.

Sixth Position: Venari Marksrat
Used to be a sacrificial card to make the adjacent monster gain +1 stats to all of its stats. This is equipped with the "Martyr" ability a new ability that is present in those new reward card release by Splinterlands.

Observation:

The battle was great, I got out sustained in this battle. My tank got disrupted when this Llama Kron strategy. This strategy is still strong meta in silver and specially in bronze league. It will become more stronger when you pair them with those martyr abilities they even become more stronger.

I also have a wrong prediction on the game where I think they more focus an sneak abilities that's why I paired martyr ability with the regal peryton so that it will gain more speed but that's not the case.

Well @Splinterlands is unpredictable game that's why this make it enjoyable and exciting game for everyone. Specially in the modern league where they implement the banned of bots. Now, this involves human modern league where you battle with human to human. However their is an exploit also where there are a few bots exist that cannot be detected.
