🌟How to win a Blast Battle🌟

The ancient demons of war are an awkward bunch to be chosen as a planetary defensive force, but they are also impressively capable of the job. As long as they are bound by the Planet, they will do its bidding. Whatever their would-be choices and allegiances, they will fight against the Chaos Legion to protect the sixth mana gate.

Hello there fellow Splintermages. Today I'm proud to share with you a battle against a MAX-level opponent where I didn't lose a single card. I think there should be some kind of bonus or merit reward for when this happens. Remember destroying your friends or the AI in Mortal Kombat without taking any damage? What would it say again? "Flawless Victory!"

When the gloves came off and we were allowed to use our MAX-level cards in any guild (except Novice) I was smashing through the competition like Billy Madison playing basketball against grade schoolers, but it seems like I'm running into a lot more MAX-level players now. I wonder what this change is doing to the game. Is it discouraging some players and causing them to quit the game? Is it reducing the overprinted supply of Chaos cards? I like it when people get all salty and leave the game because I can get more cards cheaply, but I also don't want a ton of people to quit. Have you seen Splinterlands on Killer Whales yet? Uncle Aggy represented the game well so hopefully, it brings more eyeballs and players to our community.

I just have the standard Chaos Legion core set of summoner cards so I can't do anything fancy like magic shielding or arrow reflecting so I went with the water splinter for the speed and armor boost. I also saw that my enemy was most likely going to use the Life splinter and put their powerful Uriel the Purifier out front so I went with Djinn Oshannus because he would magic attack past the shields and only take one hit point from each attack since he has a forcefield. The forcefield ability is useful because it means that any attack of 5 or more will only hurt you by one. My opportunity attackers were also so fast and powerful that their archers never got any shots off before they died. It also helped that I had two cards that replenished my armor. Lately, I've just been overpowering my enemies with stronger cards, but it felt good to outsmart this player from the Master Splinter guild. That's a cool guild name by the way. I wish I were a student of the great Himato Yoshi, but I must serve my master Oroku Saki, and the Foot Clan.

If you are new to the game or aren't sure which cards to get to MAX-level first then I highly recommend the water card, Djinn Oshannus. Even at level one, he's a consistent winner with his strong amount of life, speed, and magic attacks. He gets really powerful at MAX-level and is luckily one of the cheapest Legendary cards on the market right now as well. Thanks for reading about my battle mage strategy today. Good luck on the battlefield!
