Snake in my toilet. 🐍

I decided to stay offline for a little while, I didn't bother subscribing to get data, I just wanted to take a break from social media for a while. The truth is this, even though social media is a means of entertainment sometimes, if one isn't careful, the entertainment could change and turn into something that would cause depression for you, that's why there's this saying, too much of everything is a disease, moderacy is key. So I had to take that break from social media.

While on that break, I devoted my time to watching movies on my device, that was when I got the chance to watch this popular squid game, and also saw a movie titled 'charmed'.

On returning back to social media after the break, I logged into Instagram and that was when I saw a video, a short skit actually. In the skit, a man wanted to use his toilet but he was scared to do so that he has to carry a Bible and a stick.

I wasn't sure what the video was about, I kept scrolling through posts on Instagram and saw more comedy skits like that. One thing about some comedians in my country is that, when something serious happens, they will use that in creating comedy skit, the good thing about that is the fact that it creates awareness about that thing.

So I went on google to search about the trending videos about toilets. That was when I got the full details. I read that a lady was killed by a snake in her toilet, I don't know how the snake got into her wc, she probably sat on the toilet seat and was doing her thing, it was to her that there was a snake crawling up there, unfortunately, it bit her and she died.

This has caused fear in the mind of everyone. Now people are suggesting that a good potty is the solution as one needs to be careful.

This morning, I blamed my self for digging up the story and trying to find out about more details of a snake in the toilet. Ever since I found out, I've been scared to go to my toilet and sit confidently on the wc.

I was going through Facebook posts a few hours ago and I read a post there of someone saying that a snake can't crawl through the pipe from the soakaway. It was also stated there that snakes can't survive in a soakaway because the gas in there can kill them. The only way a snake can come out of your W.C is if you have
broken chamber that is directly linked to your toilet.

If that's so, I would say that the best thing to do is to watch out for broken Chambers as that is how snakes would be able to find their way into your W.C.
