Loving greetings to all my Hive friends. As always it fills me with pleasure to be at the Splinterlands Art Contest Week 276 sharing with you another creative representation of the gorgeous Splinterlands cards. For this week I chose a very cute card, it is TORHILO THE FROZEN.
This adorable bull has been frozen for a long time, but as the caption on his card says, he keeps on charging. This makes me think of those of us who are well into adulthood and still live with the same zest and energy as when we were 15 years old. It may sound a bit corny, but the truth is that I try to give a personal meaning to each letter, so that when I start working I do it with much more affection. Also this is not strange, because the stories of each card are very deep, reading the captions is one of my favorite part of this contest.
Very well, as always I have represented it through the beautiful art of paper folding. This figure requires a lot of folding and for that reason the video goes quite fast. You can still enjoy the whole process. All I needed was a square sheet of blue cardboard and of course my hands ready to fold without stopping.
Origami is wonderful, after so many years of paper folding I am still impressed by the beautiful things that can be achieved with just a piece of paper.

Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive. Como siempre me llena de gusto está en el Splinterlands Art Contest Week 276 compartiendo con ustedes otra representación creativas de las magníficas cartas de Splinterlands. Para esta semana escogí una carta muy linda, se trata de TORHILO THE FROZEN.
Este adorable toro lleva mucho tiempo congelado, pero como bien dice la leyenda de su carta sigue envistiendo. Esto me hace pensar en las personas que ya rondamos una edad adulta y que seguimos viviendo con las mismas ganas y energía que cuando teníamos 15 años. Puede sonar un poco cursi, pero la verdad trato de darle un sentido personal a cada carta, así cuando empiezo a trabajar lo hago con mucho más cariño. Además esto no es extraño, pues las historias de cada carta son muy profundas, leer las leyendas es una de mi parte favorita de este concurso.
Muy bien, como siempre lo he representado a través del hermoso arte de doblar papel. Esta figura requiere e muchos dobleces por esa razón el video va bastante rápido. Igualmente se puede disfrutar de todo el proceso. Tan solo necesite una hoja cuadrada de cartulina azul y por supuesto mis manos dispuestas a doblar sin parar.
El origami es maravilloso, después de tantos años doblando el papel no deja de impresionarme las cosas hermosas que se pueden lograr con tan solo un trozo de papel.
Como siempre les invito a incursionar en este hermoso arte. Y por supuesto a explorar el mundo de Splinterlands para conocer a estos magníficos personajes y aventurarse a jugar.
