The DEC price looks like it's going down and I heard that the team is trying to push proposals to get DEC back to the peg but they are also selling DEC so it's tough for it to return to that peg.

they sold dec to balance out LP's and holdings. None of their selling was done to extract value out of the ecosystem and when you factor in the LP reloading it actually makes it more secure to further drops off of big swaps.
