It's nice, but I think it depends. I prefer to max out my current deck before flipping cards, but I think everyone can do whatever they prefer.

I have dragged my feet with leveling up cards since I find it helpful having duplicates in Survival but I should be trying to max my cards too since there are limited cards to be printed.
