Valnamor is a pretty crazy summoner and I lose way too often against it. It's probably a bit overkill but I guess it saves you time for silver.

Valnamor made it easy for me to reach the Silver III League. It was very hard to reach it in the past, before I tried Valnamor. I also lost a few match with him in the Bronze I League, so he is not good for every situation, but he is good for most of the situations.
