Splinterlands 54th Season of Glint, Merits and SPS
The Splinterlands season ended earlier this week so I want to review my rewards and check up on some things in the game. I didn't get as many fights as I would like in Modern because I have been more focused on Frontier. Most of my fights happened on the last few days of the season as I was in a rush to move up before the season ended.
Season Rewards
I ended up with 2,284 Glint for last season, which is slightly less than what I was getting before. I didn't start as early as last time, but I managed to get the fights in during the last day, and I got lucky with 10 straight wins. This let me get to Silver and end without too many issues. I did do some more frontier fights though, so I got more packs this time around.
I did get two league advancement rewards in Modern. The rewards are a bit worse than last time.
I got this pack, and it was quite amazing. From a single map, 3 rare cards and on gold foil common.
I am back to 2 rare cards for now while I stock up Glint.
Gladius Packs
I got 5 packs this time around, and the opening seems to be slightly better than last time. There is one gold foil common, and 2 epic cards so it was a decent opening.
I was able to upgrade my gold foil Krash Wanderford to level 4. It gains the thorns ability, but it's too bad that I can't use this card due to my archon's levels, though.
SPS
My SPS rewards were lower than last time. My brawl rewards have gone back down slightly.
I plan on staking all of the SPS I got from staking for a total of 117.533 SPS. The total SPS was around what I usually expected if I factor in the time difference of a few more days removed on top.
Conclusion
This season was good this time around because I was able to get a nice clean win streak in modern again this season. The rank rewards weren't so good, but I did get a good foundational pack opening.

Honestly I don't have time anymore to keep playing and it also got quite boring
I don't play that often either. I tend to just get enough for Modern Silver and Frontier is if I have time.
