It is strongly not recommended to use DEC to buy Quest Potions in #Splinterlands, because you are paying about 6 to 8 times more for each Quest Potion which will normally give you only cheap rewards.

Quest Potions are dead now that you can't buy them with Credits. At least until new cards are released. I'd highly advice for you not to purchase them at the moment, until new rewards are released.
