For this blog, I chose this card to draw in chibi art style. Love the vibrant red color!

Art Process

So first, I made a sketch of a chibi gnome. Chibis usually have bigger heads compared to their bodies. Since the head is already big, I decided to just add a little hat. After a rough sketch, I used a soft brush for the lineart.

Next, I applied the base colors using the color pick tool. The hat and the coat are the same color, while I chose a tamed red for the skin. I added a dark red for the blush on the cheeks and bridge of the nose. I then applied the shadowings on the clipped layers.

Final Art

Lastly, I added another layer of shadowing on the character. A drop shadow on the back for extra detail. I chose a blush pink for the background color.
