Ghost cards can make new Player Experience better

Ah the never ending quest of figuring out how to make new player experience better.

I understand this has been suggested before but I just want to talk about the potential of adding in Ghost cards whether within the existing Ranked league or an actual Ghost league.

Existing Ghosts:

Most level 1 rare and commons from CL/Dice/Untamed.

Pros:
Good enough for Novice/Bronze.

Cons:
Could be abused for rank ratings.

My Suggestion:

Integrate all chaos legion or later cards as ghost cards (can be levelled up) in order to make it accessible to all players. Can't include wild cards since there are too many as it is.

How do you earn these Ghost cards?
The more you play, the more you progress to earn multiple level 1 copies of random cl cards. Similar to what Soulbound reward cards will be but this is earned on a separate progression chain from existing focus points. or it can be integrated as well to make it simpler. Just additional free ghost cards on top of what you earn from chests. I.E. you earned 16 silver chests, you also get an additional 16 chests worth of multiple copies of level 1 ghost cards.

Can I earn from Ghost cards?
No. Same logic penalty that we currently have if you use these ghost cards.

Do they have Collection power?
No they don't. You still need to buy or rent cards for additional CP.

Pros:
No gap between players. Purely skill based now instead of who has the most complete set.
No changes required in terms of earnings.
All players can experience the full extent of the game up to champion.

Cons:
Again.. Leaderboard rating can be abused esp with bots.
possible impact on rentals and card sales. I'm just not sure if positive or negative and how big of an impact.

Anyway that's just my thought. New player experience really not great at all right now. Having this can help bridge that gap for new players and old.
