1 day before the Chaos Legion Public Sale - A Splinterlands Card Price Check :
Regular Cards have hit 1c - actually just under at $0.085 - meaning it is about 3x cheaper to get into Splinterlands than it was 1 month ago.
But will reg cards drop further? I am holding out until the #chaoslegion public sale tomorrow before buying any cards.
⬆️ $0.085 is a tempting price for someone looking to hold and/or level cards.
Gold Foil Cards seem to be holding their values today
With a low of around $1.10 on the cheapest Gold Foil over the last few days and are a safer buy at this time. I fear we may see $1 Gold cards in the coming days so prepare for that.

Card Prices are low across the board
and we should see a lot of new players entering the game with the 'price of entry' being down. We are poised for a frenetic 6 months in the Splinterlands game. I hope you're all ready!

I think somebody either fat fingered an extra zero or had a bot/script misfire. Those prices a way below the market rate and all the cards listed were gone before I could buy (probably filling bids).
Haha maybe. Like I said, I'm not buying until the general sale 😁 hoping for cheap Golds and neutrals!
Sounds like a decent strategy. I'm only speculating... I have unfortunately made the same mistake and sold some cards for way below market price.
look again, cards are still .01 on the low end, maybe his post got a few bought up and the price moved for a moment, just too many cards coming for them to stay too high!

I think you are seeing relic errors from the API data. Those cards are long gone, but sometimes the data doesn't update. For instance Scavo Chemist shows a price of $0.012 on the market, but the cheapest copy to buy is currently $0.135 over 10x the price shown on the aggregate view. This is a long standing issue with the market. PeakD it has to do with Splinterlands API dataset not updating in a timely manner, in some instances.
Love a good sale yet hard to buy when saving for so many things right now... Chifibots pre-sale I still need to jump on that somehow... been casing the 7-11 down the street, should have some buying power soon as I see that armored truck pull up again...
