Where am I at with building my collection?

It's been a while since I've made a post about what I'm buying and selling this week.

I'm still very much in the acquiring phase of my Splinterlands adventure and I'm still focused on most of the same things. I'm working to go broad with my deck before doing a lot of leveling up as I've played almost exclusively in the wild format.

Some of my recent purchases have included:

Spirit Hoarder for a little under $4

Unicorn Mustang for a little under $4

Kobold Miner for $1.65

Serpent of Eld for $1.5

Peacebringer for $1

Legionnaire Alvar for just shy of $3

Mitica Headhunter for just shy of $2

and Phantom Soldier for just shy of $3

When Riftwatchers came out I spent half of my SPS and all of my vouchers as planned. I think that I bought 10 packs in the prerelease and then I was able to get 7 more on the secondary market before the official set release. I opened packs and then sold my gold foil cards before prices settled. With what I sold I was able to get 2 copies of each rare and common (1 each for my main and secondary accounts). I also got 1 each of all the summoners. I wish that I had picked up some of the legendary cards when they first hit the market. I think Coeurl Lurker was like $12 when it hit the market, before people realized how much they could get for them and how strong the card is. The price has settled down a little since it's peak but I haven't got a copy yet.

When Rebellion hits the market I was planning to use half of my SPS and all of my vouchers again, but that may have to be adjusted if I need more SPS staked when staked SPS league cutoff requirements go into effect.

I still watch the prices pretty closely for deals. I would like to pick up more cards from the Untamed set for my collection and I'm still trying to get all of the legendary cards from Chaos Legion. I'm also trying to get all the legendary cards from Riftwatchers, but I haven't even got my first one yet. I'm starting to look for opportunities to level up some of my cards, but haven't gotten far with it yet. I'm also starting to pick out cards to rent out. Generally I like to get cards that I want in my collection anyways and I like to see the daily rental price in DEC higher than the purchase price in USD for something that I'll rent out.

I hope this post has been helpful and informative. Thanks for reading and thanks for all the upvotes, reblogs, comments and follows. I'll see you in the game.
