Hive Pension Programme [Hive'owy Program Emerytalny]

Pracownicy nieśmiało dopytują mnie, jak tam ich inwestycja, dlatego nie mogę odpuścić tego raportu. Sam ma zresztą taka potrzebę - poprzez chorobę, czy może nawet choroby, zawaliłem kilka tematów i straty liczę w tysiącach złotych. Taki raporcik pozwoli mi się skupić na przyszłym bogactwie odrabianiu strat. Muszę też chyba dodać do zasad, że zastrzegam sobie możliwość zamknięcia/zakończenia projektu, ale to chyba oczywiste, czyż nie? Przy okazji chcę tylko zaznaczyć, że taki projekt aktualnie w UE wiąże się z istotnymi zagrożeniami prawnymi. Niezależnie od tego, że robię to za darmo, to zgodnie z MiCa jest to świadczenie regulowanej usługi dostawcy usług kryptoaktywów (CASP). Oczywiście, są rozwiązania innego ułożenia tego stosunku tak, by nie był on regulowany MiCa, ale znając życie, w Polsce i tak by to nie miało znaczenia. W ogóle w tym kraju niewiele ma znaczenie. Zastanawiam się, czy w innych krajach jest lepiej.

The employees are timidly asking me how their investment is going, so I can’t let this report slide. Nagrody z postów-raportów będą wynosić 20% dla poszczególnych uczestników programu. Nie planuję zwiększenia zatrudnienia, ale lepiej zdziwić się w tą stronę, w takim wypadku będę dzielił nagrody z postów wg reguły nagroda=100%/(ilość uczestników+1). Ten +1 to ja.

Rewards from post reports will be 20% for individual program participants. I don't plan to increase staffing, but it's better to be surprised in that direction. In that case, I'll divide the rewards from posts according to the rule 'reward=100%/(number of participants+1)'. That +1 is me.

Zasady Hive'owego Programu Emerytalnego:

1. Uznaniową premię wplacaną na indywidualne konto Hive,
2. Premia w formie HBD,
3. W przyszłości przewiduję premię za np wynik, choć nie ukrywam, że wymagało by to większej transparentności i jakiegoś (choćby nieoficjalnego) regulaminu premiowania,
4. Premia wrzucana w savings,
5. Każdy z pracowników ma możliwość wypłaty wszystkich środków w każdym momencie z uwaględnieniem unstakingu,
6. Wypłata może nastąpić w HBD albo w PLN (minus 19%), może też nastąpić wydanie kluczy prywatnych do konta,
7. Dopóki będzie bitrefill to też pewnie będzie opcja wypłaty w tamtejszych produktach (to jest usługa podmiotu trzeciego więc nie będę w stanie zagwarantować, że będzie działać w przyszłości),
8. Nie pobieram żadnej prowizji za prowadzenie i obsługę,
9. Projekt niczego nie gwarantuje poza należytym i lojalnym działaniem z mojej strony,

Hive Pension Program Rules:

1. Discretionary bonus deposited into an individual Hive account,
2. Bonus in the form of Hive Bonus,
3. In the future, I anticipate a bonus, e.g., based on performance, although I must admit that this would require greater transparency and some (even unofficial) bonus regulations,
4. Bonus deposited into savings,
5. Each employee has the option to withdraw all funds at any time, taking into account unstaking,
6. Withdrawals can be made in Hive Bonus or PLN (minus 19%), and private keys to the account can also be issued,
7. As long as BitRefill exists, there will likely be a withdrawal option in their products (this is a third-party service, so I can't guarantee its future operation),
8. I don't charge any commission for management and service,
9. The project guarantees nothing except proper and loyal action on my part,
