GRUND | Focus Chest
I had it rough on the battlefield is an understatement as I told Jose off Hive yesterday. I haven't lost so many battles in a very long time I was on a losing streak of 9 battles.
Eventually, I had to switch to the Wild format, I have stuck to the Morden format since the beginning of the season. For some reason fighting in both formats doesn't seem to be working well for me lately.
it probably must be because I am in the Silver league in the Wild format so fighting there requires a lot more battles to get a chest compared to Modern where the chest accumulation is faster but the battles have been hell for me.
GRUND had a good fight in this battle with the Double Strike ability it was able to do damage to GRUM while evading attacks in the process.

Nice win. The self-heals really worked out against your opponent but the taunt didn't really help against the scattershot though.
Yes I am noticing Taunt isn't effective in the Aimless ruleset but in some battles, it tends to be effective when it is a melee attacking.

It's because the melee monsters are attacking using opportunity or sneak. That takes priority over scattershot.
Okay makes sense, I picked that up with my Deeplurker against Shieldbearer in an Aimless ruleset.

It is always nice to beat a zaku. You had a very good strategy there and the ruleset eventually helped you. I'm still on my losing streak though, but I've stopped playing for now. It's getting harder
I also stop fighting hey I don't want my mood ruined, I will see to the battles later after my Energy bar replishes. The newer cards have made it easier to beat Zaku.
