ALVA THE CRUSHER | Focus Chest

This was an interesting fight that ended a stalemate in an Opportunity, Up Close & Personal ruleset.

Isgald Vorst is my most used gladiator but in a ruleset like this Alva The Crusher was my preferred choice for the Bloodlust and Shiled abilities it has.

The opposing lineup was deadly and I could have lost the fight but I had my moment especially, Akermis The Bear missing the attack on Flame Monkey was a moment that could have given Alva The Crusher the edge since she was the next to attack Flame Monkey after The Bear.

I was happy with the draw because The Forgotten One was in top form with the Retaliate ability.

Interestingly Alva The Crusher has a Retaliate ability as well but only from level 5 which I am about 21 copies away from and from level 9 the Stun ability kicks in.

We are looking at a gladiator card that is worth collecting and upgrade for better abilities.

It's a draw but you still did great. I thought you would have lost but that bloodlust did make that alva card to live long enough.

It got to a point where I felt you'd lose. The opponent's summoners was top knotch and quite pricey too. I think the retaliate Ability was why this was a draw. Good game indeed.

It is one of those draws that I accepted happily, knowing I came up against a stronger opponent.
Yes, I could have upset my opponent by getting away with a win if it wasn't for the Retaliate ability.
