Quora & The Martyrs
Every Splinterlands player has his or her favorite ruleset, am not sure about the bots but as for the humans they surely have rulesets they thrive at, and one of the rulesets for me is Noxious Fumes.
I like Noxious Fumes because it is more about outlasting your opponent than attacking and a bit more about defending. So with proper placing of my lineup, I do get away with a win most of the time.
Noxious Fumes: All monsters start the battle poisoned.
It was an easy and quick decision for me to use Earth element because of my Lobb Lowland summoner that will enable me to use Quora.

My Lineup
With Lobb Lowland costing me 6 mana, I have to be economical for the monsters and gladiators I pick since the mana cost for this battle is 31.
HILL GIANT was a good fit for the Tank I want as it only cost me 3 mana and it has a high health of 7 without any ability at level 4.
It didn't take long for my opponent's line to get rid of Hill Giant, so my Tank was eliminated in the first round. No hard feelings because I didn't place high hopes on Hill Giant.
FUNGUS FIEND takes the second spot in my lineup, also without high expectations from Fiend, the missed attack on the opponent's Oshannus is nothing to worry about.
I was a bit unfair on KATRELBA GOBSON for not giving it a chance for a Martyr boost by placing a Martyr ability card before it but my focus was to strengthen Quora as much as possible. So Katrelba in the third spot didn't last long in the fight. Looking at my mistake I should have used another card instead.
The Martyr ability of FUNGUS FLINGER is all that matters in this lineup, I had it placed in the fourth position to give Quora a boost.
Fungus Flinger has a Blind ability from level 5, I am looking forward to utilizing it but first I need Lobland at level 4.
QUORA TOWERSHEAD sits comfortably in the fifth spot in my lineup, away from the frontline it could still attack Oshannus the magic besat from distance.
The Bloodlust and Heal ability makes Quora a suitable card for this battle. At level 3 Quora gains Immunity ability which I am just a copy short of, hopefully during my next multiple Gladius case opening, I will get a Quora for level 3 upgrade.
VENARI MARKSRAT occupies the backline of my line with the same intended purpose as Fungus Flinger.
With the Martyr ability from Marksrat and Flinger, Quora received a boost that made her more deadly than she already was.
And there was no stopping Quora, not even the Noxious Fumes.

Nice win. Quora is amazing and I think if you can get it to level 3, it can also have immunity against poison.
Yes I am just 1 copy short of level 3, it will great to have the Immunity ability.
