How do you increase your Collection Power to get to Bronze I tier?

Stuck at Bronze 2 right now.

Just keep adding cards to your collection. As you add cards or win cards those cards increase your collection power.

Yes, I believe rentals add to your collection power also for as long as you're renting them.
