While having a conversation with my friend during the weekend, I got to know that her reason for not being part of crypto trading is "impatience" to watch the market grow. Self-discipline is one of the valuable skills in the world of cryptocurrency. When investing in crypto, it is important to exercise self-discipline.

Having the patience to hold onto your investments and allow them to grow over time is very crucial; I know the number of times I've lost and gained within these few months in the cryptoverse, but this doesn't stop my growth, I have to both learn and patiently wait till when the profit hits.

Cryptocurrency markets can be highly volatile, and quick gains or losses can tempt individuals to make impulsive decisions. By exercising self-discipline, one can resist the urge to make hasty trades based on short-term market fluctuations. Cryptocurrency is not a ponzi scheme, in that you would expect double returns immediately you invest, it will demand lots of brainstorming to understand how the market is structured.

Additionally, self-discipline plays a role in conducting thorough research and due diligence before making investment decisions. It is essential to analyze the fundamentals of a cryptocurrency, understand its technology, team, and market potential before investing.

Moreover, self-discipline is necessary to develop and follow a sound investment strategy. This involves setting clear goals, defining risk tolerance, and sticking to a predetermined plan. It helps in avoiding emotional decision-making and staying focused on long-term objectives, even during periods of market volatility.

Finally, in the case of my friend, her lack of patience to watch crypto grow indicates a potential absence of self-discipline. Encouraging her to develop this skill will help her become a more informed and patient investor, capable of capitalizing on the opportunities presented by the crypto market.
