MY GOAL - BUILDING A HIVE BANK
We are living in a generation that people yearn for a fast rising, quick way to settle financially, not minding if it'll cause them to compromise their morals. Here's a generation where tactically building a project from zero to a higher level isn't their agenda; they've had enough of the motivational speakers, lol. According to one of them who is in that school of thought: "we don't work hard, but smart."

Saying it out of context is my issue! What does he mean when he says work smart? Is he trying to say quick money making is a smart move to being rich?
It won't be surprising that such people won't have an idea on how to spend their earnings wisely. Why? Because they haven't built capacities.

Just like my mentor once said, "I prefer listening to one who failed in a task and then got it right after several trials to one who succeeded just once after a trial; this is because the one who failed has more stories and experiences to share, and this ends me up with a roadmap of where I'm going."

Why am I saying all this?

Hive has been my major source of income for the past months and it keeps being in the lead. It's expected that every successful person plans his life, set goals that will make him leave his comfort zone so that he can be his better self.

One of my icons, @khaleelkazi made a post that makes it appear as if he is discussing my life story in his.
I see Hive to be a little bank that I'm building with a hope it'll be a multi-million bank in future, though it demands being consistent and also being able to contribute relevantly to the ecosystem. Communities like #leofinance and #Splinterlands are my outstanding communities that can make this dream come to light.

So, instead of the fast rising ideology, I'm building my empire from scratch, reading crypto related contents and others so as to get quality contents to engage the platform. Aside from achieving my million dollars dream in Hive, it has offered me a linkage between me and other users across the globe.

Conclusively, I believe in hard work, I believe in smart work; but what matters most is your VISION. Your 2023 goals should be sectioned into days, weeks, and months, it will help make your big dream achievable with ease. As this week begins, start with the little you have, put your creativity into work and see your wings spread abroad as an eagle.
