Well, this year I understood why they chose Amsterdam, Roeland was more comfortable holding it home with all the changing restrictions.
As for Rio - if that wasn't a joke -, maybe that's in recognition of South Americans who are active on Hive, and who don't have the same means as the North Americans to travel further.
