▶️ Watch on 3Speak

Fair warning....

On this episode, you ONLY get @taskmaster4450 and yours truly yapping back and forth!

No guest today....

Which means, LOTS of Hive excitement and pretty much zero mention of Ethereum until the last few minutes of the show.

We've got some awesome guests scheduled for the next few weeks though:

Feb. 15th - @arcange

Feb. 22nd - @blocktrades

Thanks so much for tuning in and we hope you enjoy the podcast!

Since you guys touched upon List Nerds and the spam culture that took over marketing years ago, is there hope that we can get a filter for words we don't want to see in our inbox?

I would love to blacklist things like "commissions", "referrals" and "instant income". I bet it would help remove all that stuff I thought died in 1999.

Don't have the active members right now to split them all up, but for sure I do see that becoming a thing down the road. Where you can pick your interests and get the content that you want to receive only!

You know who's gonna notice you in the ocean? Sharks! There are no sharks in a pond.
Jon G. Olson, during the podcast

This quote is a gem! I thought it deserved to be written down. :)

I just got to the part where Task talked about tracking emails sent weekly. Since we are in the business of giving Blain more things to do because he has nothing else on his plate right now :), tracking validated emails could be interesting as well - shows how many of them captured the attention (and votes) of the readers.

Oh I can't wait to tune in to Jon because Jon is just like this sexy beast and oh my gosh I need to watch him.

In all seriousness though, I'm actually excited for those upcoming guests!

A bit late to watching the show (I blame LeoFinance being down) but better late than never. I think the opportunity here on Hive to earn and monetize content is great. You make a good point in trying to promote yourself when there is less people so you can stick out.
