So if I'm to get this right, the range and melee would strike twice even at level one? My goodness! I've never seen such a beast, the abilities at level one is unbelievable...

That's right. Drybone Raider is even more effective in the bronze and silver leagues.
yeap raw power...try to search for vigilance as well
