SPLINTERLANDS Beginner's Guide: Reading Summoner and Monster Cards!
This is VIDEO #2 in my Beginner's Guide series I am creating to help newcomers understand the game! In this video, I talk through the basics of a Summoner and Monster card, using the Fire Splinter as a start.
The goal of this video is to guide new players on how to read and interpret the cards. When I started the game, not having come from a Magic the Gathering or Hearthstone background, it was not immediately obvious what the numbers on each card meant. In this video, I go into the basics of what each number means, and the implications of each card stat to battling.
We will walk through the basics of summoners - specifically the Chaos Legion summoners, and then use three fire splinter monsters to demonstrate the basic monster traits
Tarsa / Thaddius / Kelya / Obsidian / Sloan / Quix
If you have friends that are interested in the game, but want an overview of the gameplay, direct them to my channel! My first video in the Beginner's Guide series explains the basics of the game. I will continue working on this series to accumulate a collection to help new players come into the game!
