Beginner's Expectation and Reality in splinterlands / Expectativa e realidade do iniciante no splinterlands (ENG / PT-BR)
Good morning, good afternoon and good night. I'm posting something different from the conventional, but that was and is part of the trajectory of many beginner players: expectation.
But what is expectation: it is the state or quality of expecting something that is doable or likely to happen; a great desire or eagerness to receive news or witness an event that is good, positive.
It's an encouraging word that makes us believe that everything will go as smoothly as possible, and that's what I envisioned at the end of my first season.
So what do you think? Did I draw the best cards possible?
Bom dia, boa tarde e boa noite. Estou postando algo diferente do convencional, mas que fez e faz parte da trajetória de muitos jogadores iniciantes: expectativa.
Mas o que é expectativa: é o estado ou qualidade de esperar algo que é factível ou provável de acontecer; um grande desejo ou ânsia de receber notícias ou testemunhar um evento que seja bom, positivo.
É uma palavra encorajadora que nos faz acreditar que tudo correrá da melhor forma possível, e foi isso que imaginei no final da minha primeira temporada.
Então, o que você acha? Eu tirei as melhores cartas possíveis?

In short, I started the Splinterlands game with less than 3 days to the end of the season and I thought, I'll just keep the 5 chests and with the cards that come I'll assemble a better team for the next season, famous deluded.
The season ends and when I open the 5 chests I am faced with the sad and cruel reality: among the 5 chests, only 1 single card that by the way is common and of little use for my strategies.

Resumindo, comecei o jogo Splinterlands com menos de 3 dias para o final da temporada e pensei, vou ficar só com os 5 baús e com as cartas que vierem vou montar um time melhor para a próxima temporada, famoso iludido.
A temporada termina e quando abro os 5 baús me deparo com a triste e cruel realidade: entre os 5 baús, apenas 1 única carta que por sinal é comum e de pouca utilidade para minhas estratégias.
