yo mate did you get your hive coinex deposit? yet? I see you sent some also. Im trying to get onto them to sort it have you had any luck?

Not yet! I opened 2 support tickets, which Coinex closed without returning my funds. They did say in my last ticket that they will refund me but that it will take some time. It's frustrating because the blockchain clearly shows our HIVE going to them, so it's not like they need to investigate if we're telling the truth. Did you contact them and get a reply?
oh ive contacted them alright. They keep telling me it's so labour intensive and hard work with so many peoples accounts to sort. There is only about 3 people effected us being 2 of them. They have already moved some coins to the new hot Wallet probably as a test. Just pissing me off tbh.
