Splinterlands Art Contest Week 277! | KHA'ZI FIRE MAGE (Fanart)

Good Day to @splinterlands and aliens here on hive! It has been a while since i submitted an art piece for this contest, anyway there are lots of tutorials on youtube that i have watched recently so i think i improved a lil bit of my tiny skills in art. So for this weeks splinterlands art contest which the 277th i decided to pick KHA'ZI FIRE MAGE as my subject! I am a fan of cool independent and powerful women in animes so i think that is one of the few reasons she piqued my interest! With that in mind lets hop in to the art process!

ART PROCESS

• I always start by drafting the messy lineart which still can be changed later its just a rough sketch of what pose I want that would be close to the final artwork later on.
  

• I decided to change some of KHA'ZI FIRE MAGE clothings to give a new taste to her image, as well as defining slightly a bit her hair.
  

• Now time for the clean lineart, i am a fan of animes and manga artist that is why i try to improve my lineart everytime i draw or post here on this community. Tips to create a cleaner lineart is to increase the stabilization option of your brushes in clip studio paint.
  

• Then i continue by coloring the base color of skins and hair
  

• Now done coloring the upped body part
  

• Done detailing the eyes and all the base color of KHA'ZI FIRE MAGE.
  

• Now i continue with the shadings.
  

• After some shadings(prolly still incomplete) i head on to the highlights of the hair
  

• Still with the part of detailings consists of adding shades and highlights, also sketching the fire on both of her hands.
  

• Adding the light effects of fire on the whole body.
  

• Final Rendering and Final Output!
