Greetings my people! Yes to all of you who week after week are part of this wonderful splinterland contest in edition number 262. Welcome once again to my little corner of creative art. This time I was making my fan art of beta lyanna natura, who I wanted to draw making grumpy facial expressions. It is now a habit for me to be part of this weekly splinterlands contest, friends. This is a digital art made in Adobe Illustrator. Hope you like.

¡Saludos mi gente!, Si a todos ustedes que semana tras semana forman parte de este maravilloso concurso de splinterland en la edición número 262. Sean bienvenidos una vez más a mi pequeño rincón de arte creativo. En esta oportunidad haciendo mi fan art de beta lyanna natura, a quien quise dibujar haciendo gestos faciales de gruñona. Ya para mí es un habito el formar parte de este concurso semanal de splinterlands amigos. Este es un arte digital realizado en adobe illustrator. Espero que les guste.
PROCESO / PROCESS
Paso 1 (Boceto y Line arte) / Step 1 (Sketch and Line art)
Lo primero que hice fue dibujar un suave boceto de beta lyanna natura tipo retrato a fin de capturar un close up de sus rasgos faciales donde con la ayuda de la mano izquierda haciendo presión sobre una de sus mejillas conseguí resaltar la expresión de gruñona estirando un poco los labios hacia arriba, luego realice el delineado con la herramienta pluma y modifique el trazo con la herramienta anchura, para tener listo el line art. Quise hacer este dibujo lo más fiel a su diseño original realizando pequeñas variaciones y la verdad me encanto el resultado, háganme saber sus comentarios al final de esta publicación. Para este trabajo estoy haciendo uso de adobe illustrator.
The first thing I did was draw a soft portrait-type sketch of beta lyanna natura in order to capture a close up of her facial features where with the help of my left hand, putting pressure on one of her cheeks, I managed to highlight the grumpy expression by stretching it a little. lips upward, then outline with the pen tool and modify the stroke with the width tool, to have the line art ready. I wanted to make this drawing as faithful as possible to its original design by making small variations and I really loved the result, let me know your comments at the end of this publication. For this work I am using Adobe Illustrator.
Paso 2 (Color) / Step 2 (Colour)
Empecé por aplicar un color base a beta lyanna natura empezando por la piel con color piel claro, luego le di color verde a las hojas, azul al vestido y un castaño para el cabello y naranja para la flor sobre su cabeza. Pase a darle sombra y luces a beta lyanna natura realizando algunos detalles en los ojos, flores y gestos faciales. Para tocar el asunto del fondo de este fan art, quise dibujar un degradado radial de tonos verdes y luego colocar una silueta verde con desenfoque gaussiano a beta lyanna natura, y para serles sincero me gusto como quedo la idea, que les parece! Espero que les guste.
I started by applying a base color of beta lyanna natura starting with the skin with a light skin color, then I gave green to the leaves, blue to the dress and a brown for the hair and orange for the flower on her head. Go on to give beta lyanna natura shadows and highlights by making some details in the eyes, flowers and facial gestures. To address the issue of the background of this fan art, I wanted to draw a radial gradient of green tones and then place a green silhouette with Gaussian blur to beta lyanna natura, and to be honest I liked how the idea turned out, what do you think! Hope you like.
