DEC wins every fight lowered?

Bronze II League:
ECR - 94%
Rating - 1700
DEC / win - 8-9 DEC

Before the AMA, with this ECR and Rating, I'm getting around 15 DEC per win.

There was no news that they will change the DEC per win today (under review in the future, as per AMA).

Weird but nevertheless, still a great game to play.
