Riftwatchers, Tower Defense and Splex renting bot. Too much going on in Splinterlands
There is almost so much going on in Splinterlands that is is difficult to make you choices on what you want to do with your cards, your SPS, your vouchers and your purchases.
I opened a couple packs of Riftwatcher card today and no complaints on what there is inside. These are super fun high manna cards with tons of abilities that I will certainly use in battles where it suits it. This Runemancer Kye for instance is totally one that my water battles will appreciate and also this golden Coastal Nyph will surely be one that I will use.

So the Riftwatcher cards are all super fun because of their broad set of abilities, and it is a limited edition so why would you not want to get them?
Well, for me the issue is a bit that there are so many other options as well that I don't know what to choose from. See these Riftwatchers cards you can purchase them by using SPS and voucher. At this moment a pack will cost you 72 SPS and 1 voucher, and if you stacked some SPS along the line, both of these values are coming in for free by just doing nothing.
The benefit of these packs? You can open them and play with them already!
Tower defense
But then....on the other hand we also have the Tower defense presale which has started and we all want to be in ofcourse. Because this will give a whole new dynamic to the game for all of us. Im not sure if it will take out the charm of it, but that is something we will see in 2023.
But when you want to buy a tower defense pack, you buy it with DEC and voucher or only with DEC. Either you pay 8000 DEC for a pack, or only 5000 but you must add a voucherwith it then. Big discount though if you are a big producer of vouchers because you were hodling SPS
Stuff to think about, because this might just be a really big change when this is implemented in a while.

Splex renting bot
I have a been quite a busy person over the last couple of weeks and havent played enough daily quests as I would have loved, so I decided to follow up the advise from @alexvan use the Splexx card renting service to get more DEC.
Setting up rentals in Splinterlands is always a drag as it is really time consuming when you use peakmonsters. Not that I don't like peakmonsters, I use it for almost everything. But these rentals now and it's revenue is absolutely next level.
Sure they take 10% of the revenue, but because the bot is constantly adjusting to the price of the rentals, they are rented out ALL the time
For me now the only setting up on this account is what cards I wanted to leave in my account to play my daily quests with, and make sure I have enough dec power to remain in a level where I want to be, because that was a bit of a forgotten thing for me. Rent out half your account...ow crap you can't play gold level anymore.
But with Splex bringing me so much rental income in DEC and in SPS there is almost too much to choose from what to buy with it. As always....all of this is free because of the collection I have and it is producing more cards and more revenue, and is just really crazy I find.
The only thing we never have enough for the purchases? Voucher. Luckily there is a market for that :)
Splinterrents only takes 5% of your DEC and can be run from Discord. I use one account for both renting and bot play so I'll give it the command... $exclude = accountname c3-cardnumber and it wont touch that card leaving it available for the other bot to play with.
You can even do botplay with your account then? That is crazy indeed. For me now the rentalmarket is good enough like this
It's better to have two separate accounts for renting and battling though because it takes a long time to tell the bot all the cards to exclude.
Yeah also not sure here what is wisdom indeed, still trying a bit now to see what works and what doesnt.
Thank you for the valuable tip, Karin! I will start using Splex.gg now, it surely looks more profitable compared to my current practice of trying to rent out my cards on Peakmonsters.

Turn everything on with a click and turn off what you want to use in battles. Or load in a second account for the easy. Experience up until now is bueno!

Yeah they are helpful enough indeed! Also finetuning here now what I want on my renting deck so I still can play decent.

Boy o boy. I've been away from the game for such a short time and it feels like a totally different game now.
First time hearing about Splexx, too. You recommend it for a collection of around 110k cp burn rate?
Well i rented out like 170K of my 220K burnpower and I still have all the cards that i prefer for my dailyquests.
The only thing is that you need some burnpower to end up higher in the leagues otherwise they arent open. So looking for a bit of a sweetspot here of renting and player for the balance (i like ending up in gold1 but is the 3K dec and 110 SPS maybe more attractive. That is also a free pack everyday with doing nothing you know)
I'll give it a shot. 10% isnt too bad if it does a good job. Moreover, I really do not have the time to play so renting is the best option i guess.
