A MAGICAL NIGHT WITH DARK ENCHANTRESS ! Splinterlands Art Contest Week 204 !

Today I bring you the Dark Sorceress, my entry for the @splinterlands weekly art contest, where I connect directly with this character, who in search of power and new abilities, makes a pact with the one I will call the dark lord, and where she becomes his mistress, her powers increase, and she will be able to control you.

REFERENCE

At the beginning of the drawing I made a sketch of a girl of medium build, tall, with thin hands and somber look but full of power, I modified a little her clothes to my taste and added additional elements as the drawing progressed, I worked an abundant hair and lingerie style clothes because in my head the idea she is someone who seduces you at will and plays with you to make you do things and achieve what she wants, someone sensual able to raise you to heaven and lower you to hell in a matter of seconds.

Detailing better the sketch I decided to add the hat, so that although it was my interpretation of the card of the game, it had all its essence, I worked the skin in purple tones working the first ones from lighter to darker, finishing with a more intense purple to give it more strength, accompanied by a set of neon lights in blue and red that when impacting her skin will create an interesting visual game, all this under a neon city background, as a message of when the night falls, the evil begins.

A halo of light accompanies her in an intense red, I wanted her to be more powerful, so for me power is synonymous with jewelry, I designed for her a choker up to her shoulders, composed of diamonds, rubies and pearls, in a fine work of gold threads, the details in gold are made with the technique of gold leaf, very popular today in traditional watercolor and that personally gives that touch to the drawing.

I was very pleased with this drawing, during this process of self-discovery I have been able to connect much more with my art and really find the drawing technique with which I feel complete and I can express myself freely, digital watercolors have changed my life and I hope every day to continue advancing.
