Issue with connecting hive wallet to splinterlands

Hi,
I’ve recently started playing Splinterlands and I downloaded hive keychain but it doesn’t let me connect to splinterlands to buy DEC tokens, I clicked on connect external wallet and then hive is on the top of the list, it says that my name is the same on splinterlands and wallet but it doesn’t let me connect, it’s confusing , can someone help me please?
