RE: SPS Governance Proposal - Renew and Adjust Clayboyn's Contract

So glad to see that it's an ongoing contract! I'd love to see more of these for the DAO! It reduces admin, gives certaintity and means we can focus on other stuff instead of renweing contracts all the time
