My plan for Chaos Legion is to hopefully grab a couple packs. I don't want to break the bank but I also want to be able to grab somewhere between 3-5 packs.
My hope is to get all the packs that I want (around 50 to 100 packs if it's priced at $2 per piece). I will be maintaining all my current cards, and just gradually build up my deck from that.
I am going to buy as much as I can with my amount of SPS.

I'm hoping there's at least a few summoners I like so I can focus on leveling those up cheaply at least higher than my current summoners. I tried to do it balanced when I started playing in June. I think you can guess how that wound up. So, yeah, I'm doing all I can to get my SPS as high as I can hoping I can do well in the pre-sale.
My plan for CL is to buy 200 packs using the 73500 DEC that I got from quest reward last season. This is assuming the pack will cost $2 each.
Then I will open 2 everyday until the first 100 packs opened.
The rest 100 packs will be listed for sale at a much later date.

I entered the game too late for me to build a deck strong enough in the untamed \ dice version. So I kept a low profile and saved for chaos legions.
I'm going to give everything I have in the presale. I dont have alot of dec, but its enough. I also I accumulated a nice amount of hive For this purpose.
My problem is that i dont know how much sps will be needed for those presale. I'm staking every drop of SPS I get. maybe Ill buy some too.

My strategy is to just snag up all the packs that I can with whatever I am allowed to. Well depending on the price of packs, I’ll snipe for the cheaper cards whatever there is

I'm trying to maximize my investment with as little additional investment
So, I'm keeping some liquid SPS, staking a portion....
My plan is to sell off some SPS on a good spike, maybe buy back in on DEC if it stays dipped, if not, I'll put it in cards. I'll also buy back in my 'lost' SPS if it dips after presale. Hoping I can bump my owned collection up to Gold level w/o needing rent soon, so that renting for Diamond becomes more viable. Another portion goes to building up rental cards for more passive DEC income...
Depending on how many vouchers I get, I'll likely be opening 1 whenever I get enough, but if I end up getting more than I expect, I'll sell vouchers to pay for additional DEC, packs, potions, etc.
Seems like a good plan. I feel like SPS is going to spike as soon as the official pre-sale announcement comes out, when a ton of people realize that they need a lot more SPS to get the packs they want. We'll see :-P

For my plan, Ill wait if i can buy a CL pack, im new to this game so i think ill focus on building my deck first before gambling it on CL Pack.. I wish u all luck on the upcoming cl pack opening :D

seems like a good idea to buy QPs when the supply/demand of new cards is in favor of their higher prices :) im still a noob, waiting for my first big investment and CHL is ought to be a perfect fit! fingers crossed for max 3usd per pack :D hoping that prices of voucher (tokens?) would not sky rocket as well, then my pre-sale participation might be more realistic :) cheers mate!
I'm planning to buy the most packages that I'm allowed with my vouchers, but I suspect it won't be as many, because they are giving away to SPS holders only a fraction of a voucher per day, and even if I get a fraction, it would get sparingly throughout the weeks, so to get 1 voucher it would be a such task. But, yeah, I plan to buy as many as I can.

btw, i have a doubt with alvemy and legendary pot.
what is the cost of x5 alvhrmy and x5 legendary? isnt it better to just buy more packs with that money?
I'm guessing a lot of folks will have that strategy - selling their vouchers to get more packs on the regular sale. Guess it depends on what the voucher market looks like though, too.
Alchemy & legendary potions each cost about $0.05. They are unquestionably worth it; the math has been done many times, and is visible on peakmonsters as well.

I've join splinterland last month and it is a bit sad because I can't buy anymore packs in game and almost all cards have a higher price now. So my plan in chaos legion is to buy all the packs I can buy with my budget. So yeah I'm starting to save some Dec and sps this month. Ign: @xenonia.
