ein weiterer Monat ist vergangen. Zeit einen Blick auf die Entwicklung meiner Splinterlandsportfolios und der weiteren Token zu werfen.
Um es kurz zu halten, verzichte ich Brawl Berichte und andere Kommentare zur Entwicklung der Hive Blockchain.
Das hole ich an anderer Stelle bei Gelegenheit nach.

Entwicklung meines Splinterlandsaccounts
Angefixt von den ersten Erfolgen in Gold 3 in Saison 73 habe ich in der zweiten Hälfte des Mai nochmals kräftig CP zugelegt.
Dabei habe ich nicht viele Packs gekauft, aber geöffnet.
Damit konnte ich in Saison 74 in Gold 2 spielen, was sich sehr positiv auf meine Rewards ausgewirkt hat und gleichzeitig einige Karten vermieten.
Development of my Splinterlandsaccount
Inspired by the first successes in Gold 3 in season 73, I again increased my CP in the second half of May.
I didn't buy many packs, but I did open some.
This allowed me to play in Gold 2 in Season 74, which had a very positive effect on my rewards, and at the same time rent out some cards.
Käufe und CP
Aus Mangel an Tränken habe ich nicht jeden Freitag 5 Packs aufgemacht. Ich habe auch den Eindruck, dass dies nicht wirklich gute Ergebnisse erzeugt.
Anfang des Monats habe ich gezielt Rewardskarten und für den Wasser Splinter kritische Karten zugekauft wie z.B. Deeplurker und Wavebrood.
Aber auch in eine weitere Queen Mycelia und vereinzelte Untamed Karten (Shieldbearrer, Failed Summoner, Herbalist, Undead Badger) habe ich investiert.
Am 22.05. hatte ich eigentlich nur vor 50 Packs zu öffnen und zu schauen, wie weit ich mit den CP komme.
Die 50 Pack hatten leider nur eine Legendary, diese war aber GF (Corpse Fiend).
Wenn man eine GFL zieht, soll man weitermachen. Bestes Beispiel ist @simsahas, der auf diese Weise schon ordentlich gute Karten gezogen hat.
Ich öffnete also nochmals 25 Packs und finde einen weiteren GF Corpse Fiend und einen Quix.
Also gut nochmals 25 Packs. Diesmal ein goldener Kelya, goldener Thadiuss Brood und diverse legendäre und GF Karten.
In der Zwischenzeit hatte ich ohnehin neue Tränke gekauft und öffnete die letzen 61 Packs auf diesem Account. Es ging grade so weiter.
Am Ende habe ich mit 161 Packs knapp 900 $ Wert an Karten gezogen mit 53.600 CP.
Das war sehr glücklich und entschädigt mich für so manchen traurigen Freitag.
Purchases and CP
Due to lack of potions, I did not open 5 packs every Friday. I also have the impression that this does not really produce good results.
At the beginning of the month I specifically bought in rewards cards and cards critical to the water splinter such as Deeplurker and Wavebrood.
But I also invested in another Queen Mycelia and some Untamed cards (Shieldbearer, Failed Summoner, Herbalist, Undead Badger).
On the 22.05. I actually only planned to open 50 packs and see how far I get with the CP.
The 50 pack unfortunately only had one Legendary, but it was GF (Corpse Fiend).
If you pull a GFL, you're supposed to move on. Best example is @simsahas, who has already drawn decent cards this way.
So I opened another 25 packs and find another GF Corpse Fiend and a Quix.
So well again 25 packs. This time a golden Kelya, golden Thadiuss Brood and various legendary and GF cards.
In the meantime I had bought new potions anyway and opened the last 61 packs on this account. It just went on like that.
In the end, with 161 packs, I drew just under $900 worth of cards with 53,600 CP.
That was very happy and compensates me for many sad Fridays.
Weiterer Ausbau des Decks
Damit war Gold 2 gesichert.
Ich habe zwei GF Thaddius Brood und einige andere GF verkauft und mein Deck mit dem Erlös etwas abgerundet.
Ich habe nun jeden seltenen CL Summoner auf Level 5, Quix auf Level 2.
Nahezu alle CL Monster sind auf Silber ausgebaut. Vereinzelt auf Gold (z.B. die legendären Reward Karten und vereinzelt epische Karten).
Insgesamt habe ich ca. 190.000 CP wovon 20.000 CP im Zweitaccount liegen. 150.000 CP für Gold 2 benötigt werden und der Rest vermietet ist.

With that, Gold 2 was secured.
I sold two GF Thaddius Brood and some other GF and rounded out my deck a bit with the proceeds.
I now have every rare CL Summoner at level 5, Quix at level 2.
Almost all CL monsters are upgraded to silver. Occasionally upgraded to gold (e.g. the legendary Reward cards and occasional epic cards).
In total I have about 190,000 CP of which 20,000 CP are in the secondary account. 150.000 CP are needed for Gold 2 and the rest is rented.
Übersicht der Rewards
Weder in Saison 73 noch in Saison 74 habe ich mir Karten gegen Spende delegieren lassen.
Es hat auch so für Gold gereicht und damit bleibt mehr für die anderen Gildenmitglieder.
Von den erspielten DEC gehen 500 DEC als Spende an die Gilde. Der Rest wird wieder in Karten reinvestiert.

Neither in season 73 nor in season 74 I had cards delegated to me against donation.
It was enough for gold and so there is more for the other guild members.
From the earned DEC 500 DEC go as donation to the guild. The rest is reinvested in cards.

Bewertung
Bei den Quests habe ich im Mai weniger DEC eingenommen, als noch im April. Dafür habe ich aber viel mehr und bessere Karten und Packs gezogen.
4.000 CP allein durch Rewardkarten sind mehr als 2% meiner gesamten CP.
Auch sind die Einnahmen durch Kämpfe und Rentals deutlich gestiegen.
Habe ich im April noch etwa 5.000 DEC eingenommen sind es im Mai über 6.500.
Auch der SPS Zuwachs hat sich schön entwickelt. 870 SPS Zugewinn ist für einen Account meiner Größe sehr gut.
Wenn ich alles zusammenrechne bin ich bei über 100 $ an Einnahmen aus den Splinterlandsassets.
Diese Dank @archmage.app überwiegend passiv.
Rating
I took less DEC in quests in May than I did in April. However, I drew a lot more and better cards and packs in return.
4,000 CP from Reward cards alone is more than 2% of my total CP.
Also, the income from battles and rentals has increased significantly.
In April I earned about 5,000 DEC, in May I earned more than 6,500.
Also the SPS growth has developed nicely. 870 SPS gain is very good for an account of my size.
If I add it all up I'm at over $100 in revenue from the Splinterlandsassets.

Fazit
Obwohl der Wert der meisten Token weiter fällt, habe ich es im Mai geschafft den bisher größten Zugewinn im Portfolio zu erzielen.
Das liegt zum einen daran, dass Splinterlands nun mehr Erträge abwirft in Form von Karten, DEC und SPS.
Zum anderen ist es aber auch ein "Bilanzeffekt". Die Anschaffungskosten für die Chaos Legion Packs lagen bei knapp unter 4 $. Der Wert eines Packs auf dem Zweitmarkt liegt aber deutlich darunter. Deshalb hatte ich hier einen nicht realisierten Verlust.
Das ich im Mai sehr viele Packs geöffnet, und dabei auch wertvolle Karten gezogen habe, schlägt sich nun positiv auf meinen Portfoliowert nieder.
Gleichzeitig sind die verbliebenen Packs im Wert gestiegen, da der Marktpreis für Chaos Legion Karten in Gänze steigt.
Darüber hinaus ist der Hive und Wax Preis zwar gegenüber Ende April gesunken. Innerhalb des Mai war er aber noch niedriger, und das war der Zeitpunkt an dem ich zusätzliche Mittel investiert habe.
Gerade die MuTerra NFTs konnte ich sehr günstig auf Atomic Hub kaufen und sie sind bereits wieder im Preis gestiegen.
Wie ihr gesehen habt, habe ich mich dagegen entschieden, mich an einer SPS Validator Node zu beteiligen. Mir ist einfach nicht klar, wie das steuerlich laufen soll, mit der Node.
Wenn ich die diese allein betreiben würde, ok - läuft mit über ein Gewerbe. Aber wenn jemand anderes diese betreibt und dann Anteile abgibt? Außerdem lohnt sich der Aufwand nicht für z.B. 10% einer Node Lizenz.
Ende Mai bin ich nun tatsächlich mit meinem Portfolio im Plus. Zwar nur 2 %, aber wenn das bei meinem Aktien und Optionsportfolio auf Jahresfrist genauso wäre, wäre ich glücklich 😅
Ich bin gespannt, wie es im Juni weitergehen wird. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nochmals Geld nachschießen und die eingenommenen DEC reinvestieren.

Conclusion
Although the value of most tokens continues to fall, I managed to make the biggest gain in the portfolio so far in May.
On the one hand, this is due to the fact that Splinterlands now generates more income in the form of cards, DEC and SPS.
But on the other hand it is also a "balance sheet effect". The initial cost of the Chaos Legion packs was just under $4. However, the value of a pack on the secondary market is well below that. Therefore, I had an unrealized loss here.
The fact that I opened a lot of packs in May, and also drew valuable cards, is now reflected positively in my portfolio value.
At the same time, the remaining packs have increased in value, as the market price for Chaos Legion cards is rising across the board.
In addition, although the Hive and Wax price has decreased compared to the end of April. However, within May it was even lower, and that was when I invested additional funds.
Just the MuTerra NFTs I was able to buy very cheap on Atomic Hub and they have already gone up in price again.
As you have seen, I decided against participating in a SPS Validator Node. It's just not clear to me how this would work fiscally, with the Node.
If I run it on my own, ok - it will be done through a business. But if someone else runs it and then gives shares? Besides, it is not worth the effort for e.g. 10% of a Node license.
At the end of May I am now actually in the plus with my portfolio. Admittedly only 2%, but if that was the same for my stocks and options portfolio over the year, I'd be happy 😅
I'm curious to see how things will go in June. I will definitely be adding money again and reinvesting the DEC I take in.
