Dank der Großmütigkeit unserer Investoren konnten die Legendary Dragons eine bereits gut ausgebaut Gilde "erwerben" und als Legendary Raptors in unsere Drachenfamilie integrieren.

Raptors - A new Wing
Thanks to the magnanimity of our investors, Legendary Dragons were able to "buy" an already well developed guild and integrate it into our dragon family as Legendary Raptors.
The guild is already well developed with

Unser erster Brawl
Auch wenn der 4. Platz nicht dem entspricht, was die Legendary Dragons für gewöhnlich anstreben, ist es als Resultat des ersten gemeinsamen Brawls vollkommen ok.
Dafür das sich eine neue Gilde ersteinmal finden muss, hat schon recht viel gut funktioniert.
Mit 47 Siegen aus 86 Spielen haben wir eine Gewinnrate von 54,7 % erreicht.
Das werden wir sicherlich in unserem zweiten Brawl verbessern, der bereits morgen beginnt.
Die Jungs und Mädels sind auf jeden Fall heiß auf eine Revanche.
Our first brawl
Even if the 4th place does not correspond to what the Legendary Dragons usually strive for, it is perfectly ok as a result of the first joint Brawl.
Considering that a new guild has to find itself first, a lot has already worked well.
With 47 wins out of 86 games, we achieved a win rate of 54.7%.
We will surely improve that in our second Brawl, which already starts tomorrow.
The guys and gals are definitely hot for a rematch.
Meine 8 Spiele
Ich habe insgesamt 5 Siege für die Gilde geholt und musste mich leider 3 mal geschlagen geben.
Damit bin ich nicht ganz zufrieden, da zumindest eine Niederlage vermeidbar gewesen war.

With that I am not completely satisfied, since at least one loss was avoidable.

13 Mana - Unprotected
Ich spiele trotz wenig Mana nicht Death sondern Kelya Frendul, um meinen Djinn Oshannus einsetzen zu können. Das wäre auch aufgegangen, hätte ich meine Formation besser ausgerichtet.
Warum ich ausgerechnet den Djinn auf Position 2 und nicht auf die letzte Position gesetzt habe verstehe ich im Nachhinein nicht. Hätte ich das getan, wäre es wahrscheinlich ein knapper Sieg geworden.
I play Kelya Frendul instead of Death, despite the low mana, so I can use my Djinn Oshannus. This would have worked out, if I had aligned my formation better.
Why I put the Djinn on position 2 and not on the last position I don't understand in retrospect. If I had done that, it probably would have been a close victory.

52 Mana - Back to Basics - Close Range
Ich muss gegen Lama Kron ran. Mein Gegner stellt Kron allerdings an Position 3, wo er seinen Vorteil überhaupt nicht ausspielen kann.
Da dies die Gilde ist, welche den Brawl gewonnen hat, kann ich mir nur vorstellen, dass hier etwas verrutscht ist.
Aufgrund von Back to Basics war mein Ziel einfach nur möglichst viel Schaden auf jeweils auf die gegnerische Nr 1 zu bringen. Das ist mir auch ganz gut gelungen.
Thaddeus war gegen das Lama mit 5 Magier ein Glücksgriff.
I have to play against Lama Kron. However, my opponent puts Kron in position 3, where he can't play his advantage at all.
Since this is the guild that won the Brawl, I can only imagine that something slipped here.
Because of Back to Basics, my goal was simply to get as much damage as possible on each of the opponent's #1s. I managed to do that quite well.
Thaddeus was a stroke of luck against the llama with 5 mages.

27 Mana - Fog of War - Noxious Fumes
Noxious Fumes spiele ich am liebsten mit Tarsa und Fire (Forgotten one, sowie Scavon Chemist). Dies war hier leider nicht verfügbar.
Aber auch Diemonshark in Kombination mit River Nymph Djinn Oshannus und dem Spirit Hoarder sind ein gutes Setup für Noxious Fumes.
Mein Gegner setzt mit dem Seamonster und Cornealus auf zwei Monster mit Heal Fähigkeit. Dazu noch der Hafling Alchemist, um meinen Angriff zu halbieren.
Zum Glück kann die River Nymph nicht nur meinen Diemon Shark von Poison sondern auch vom Halving Debuff des Alchemisten befreien, bevor das Gift ihr ein Ende setzt.
Die Seeschlange werde ich recht schnell los, aber am Ende benötigt es den fatigue Schaden, um den Cornealus in die Knie zu zwingen.
Noxious Fumes I prefer to play with Tarsa and Fire (Forgotten one, as well as Scavon Chemist). Unfortunately this was not available here.
But also Diemonshark in combination with River Nymph Djinn Oshannus and the Spirit Hoarder are a good setup for Noxious Fumes.
My opponent uses the Sea Monster and Cornealus, two monsters with a Heal ability. Add to that the Hafling Alchemist to cut my attack in half.
Fortunately, the River Nymph can not only rid my Diemon Shark of Poison but also of the Alchemist's Halving Debuff before the Poison puts an end to it.
I get rid of the Sea Serpent fairly quickly, but in the end it takes the fatigue damage to bring the Cornealus to its knees.

16 Mana - Back to Basics
Im Endeffekt kein wirklicher Fehler auf meiner Seite. Mein Gegner setzt auf den Mushroom Seer, die Khmer Princess und das Regal Peryton. Ein sehr starkes Setup für 16 Mana.
Leider habe ich das Regal Peryton einmal verfehlt, ansonsten hätte ich hier den Sieg davongetragen. Ich habe nicht mit Obsidian als Gegner gerechnet, sonst hätte ich eher auf Thaddeus Brood gesetzt.
In the end, no real mistake on my side. My opponent goes for the Mushroom Seer, the Khmer Princess and the Regal Peryton. A very strong setup for 16 mana.
Unfortunately, I missed the Regal Peryton once, otherwise I would have won here. I didn't expect Obsidian as an opponent, otherwise I would have rather gone for Thaddeus Brood.

44 Mana - Equal Opportunity
Bei Equal Opportunity setzen viele Spieler gerne auf Nahkämpfer, was wiederum gute Gegner mit Summonern wie Mylor konntern.
Ich entscheide mich daher bewusst für Obsidian und ein stark Magiebegabtes Team. Dennoch setze ich als Tank und Secondary Tank auf Nahkämpfer. Der Slipspawn soll meine Position 3-5 vor dem Opportunity des Gegners schützen.
Mein Gegner setzt tatsächlich Mylor ein hat ihn aber nur auf Stufe 1. Das in Kombination mit meinen schnellen Monstern sorgt dafür, dass ich in Runde 1 nicht nur seinen Slipspawn ausschalten kann, sondern auch die Khmer Princess und seinen Goblin Psychic aus dem Spiel nehme, bevor diese überhaupt handeln können.
Damit ist das Spiel trotz Thorns bereits früh entschieden.
Am Ende sichert dieses Spiel uns den 4. Platz. Hätte Amthenub es gewonnen, wären die Knights of Nhine 4. geworden.
In Equal Opportunity, many players like to go for melee, which in turn makes for good opponents with summoners like Mylor.
I therefore deliberately choose Obsidian and a team with a strong magic talent. Nevertheless, I rely on melee fighters as tank and secondary tank. The Slipspawn is supposed to protect my position 3-5 from the opponent's Opportunity.
My opponent actually uses Mylor but only has it at level 1. This combined with my fast monsters ensures that I not only take out his Slipspawn in turn 1, but also take out the Khmer Princess and his Goblin Psychic before they can even act.
Thus, despite Thorns, the game is already decided early.
In the end, this game secures us 4th place. If Amthenub had won it, the Knights of Nhine would have been 4th.

18 Mana - Up Close and Personal
Klassisch würde ich in diesem Setup auf Death und das Cursed Windeku setzen. Da dies nicht möglich war, habe ich mich unkonventionell für Quix und den Djinn Chwala entschieden. Kombiniert mit dem Fire Splinter und Tenyii Striker sowie dem Scorched Fiend und Radiated Scorcher als Meat Shield eine interessante Alternative.
Der Geschwindigkeit Debuff von Quix hat dafür gesorgt, dass der gegnerische Serpentine Spy erst gar nicht zum Zuge kam. Auch der Miss des gegnerischen Tenyii gegen meinen ist vermutlich auf den größeren Geschwindigkeitsunterschied zurückzuführen.
Ein schönes Beispiel für eine Konteraufstellung. Mein Gegner hatte hier wenig Chance.
Classically, I would go for Death and the Cursed Windeku in this setup. Since this was not possible, I unconventionally chose Quix and the Djinn Chwala. Combined with the Fire Splinter and Tenyii Striker, as well as the Scorched Fiend and Radiated Scorcher as a Meat Shield, this was an interesting alternative.
The speed debuff of Quix made sure that the opponent's Serpentine Spy didn't even come into play. Also, the miss of the opponent's Tenyii against mine is probably due to the greater speed difference.
A nice example of a counter setup. My opponent had little chance here.

20 Mana - Fog of War - Reverse Speed
Zuerst so es so aus, als hätte mein Gegner den perfekten Konter für mich gefunden, da nur Grum überhaupt in der Lage war Schaden zu verursachen und dabei selbst gut einstecken musste.
Gut, dass seine Rüstung immer wieder vom Scavo Hireling repariert wurde.
Nachdem der gegnerische Chaos Knight aus dem Weg war, war der Rest Formsache.
Grum in Reverse Speed ist sehr gut. Hätte mein Gegner hier statt auf den Truth Speaker aber selbst auf den Scavo Hireling gesetzt, hätte ich das Spiel verloren, da ich den Chaos Knight nicht hätte erledigen können.
At first it looked like my opponent had found the perfect counter for me, as only Grum was able to deal any damage at all while taking a good beating himself.
Good thing his armor kept getting repaired by the Scavo Hireling.
Once the enemy Chaos Knight was out of the way, the rest was a formality.
Grum in Reverse Speed is very good. But if my opponent had gone for the Scavo Hireling instead of the Truth Speaker, I would have lost the game because I wouldn't have been able to finish off the Chaos Knight.

23 Mana - Target Practice - Close Range
Der Anfang sah sehr vielversprechend aus. Leider hatte ich nicht bedacht, dass aufgrund Target Practice alle gegnerischen Fernkämpfer Snipe erhalten und so an meinem Harclaw geschickt vorbeischießen konnten.
Dessen Schaden wurde dann immer wieder vom Venari Crystalsmith geheilt, so dass ich am Ende meine dritte Niederlage erhalten habe.
Mit ein bisschen mehr nachdenken vorm Kampf wäre das vermeidbar gewesen. Zum Beispiel hätte ich auf Silent Sha-Vi setzen können.
Am Ende ist man immer schlauer.
The beginning looked very promising. Unfortunately, I had not considered that due to Target Practice all enemy ranged fighters could get Snipe and thus cleverly shoot past my Harclaw.
Its damage was then healed again and again by the Venari Crystalsmith, so I ended up with my third defeat.
With a little more thought before the fight, this could have been avoided. For example, I could have gone for Silent Sha-Vi.
In the end, you're always smarter.

Das war genug, damit ich mir ein neues Gladius Pack kaufen konnte. Der Inhalt war leider nicht spektakulär. Aber wie sagt man so schön. Mühsam ernährt sich das Eichhörnchen.

For this Brawl, the Raptors received 14 Crowns and each of us received 862 Merits.
That was enough for me to buy a new Gladius Pack. Unfortunately, the contents were not spectacular. But as they say. "The squirrel feeds with difficulty. (old German saying).
