A very tasty snack made from gram flour.(Gatta)

Hello friends, today I am sharing a new breakfast recipe with you that is not only delicious but also loved by children. In the cold weather, a tasty breakfast made with gram flour can add to the enjoyment.

Let's see how to make it. For this, you'll need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour - 2 cups
  2. Two onions
  3. Some garlic cloves
  4. A small piece of ginger
  5. 4 green chilies or as per taste

Method:
I am making this breakfast for 5 people.

Take 2 cups of gram flour in a bowl. Add 1/2 small spoon of salt, 1/2 small spoon of red chili powder, 1/3 small spoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 small spoon of cumin seeds, and finely chopped green chilies and pest. Mix it well with some water. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter. Add 2.5 cups of water to this batter and mix it thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pan, add a pinch of asafoetida, and pour the gram flour batter into the hot oil. Stir continuously over medium heat until the batter thickens.

After 10 minutes, when the batter is thickened, turn off the gas. Transfer the batter to a greased plate and spread it. Let it cool.

Now, take a pan, add oil, let it heat, and once hot, cut the gram flour mixture into pieces. Fry them in the oil until they turn golden brown. You can enjoy them with green chutney or kids love them with tomato ketchup.
