Alu palak recipe

Hello friends
The dry spinach and potato vegetable is very delicious. Spinach is rich in minerals and iron. It's a good idea to make this vegetable once a week; it's a good vegetable.

Ingredients for Aloo Palak Dry Recipe:

  • Spinach (Palak) - 500 grams
  • Potatoes (Aloo) - 3 (250 grams)
  • Peas (Matar) - 250 grams
  • Mustard Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Asafoetida (Heeng) - a pinch
  • Tomatoes (Tamatar) - 2
  • Garlic (Lahasun) - a few cloves
  • Green Chilies - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste

Instructions -

How to make Aloo Palak Saag:**

  1. Clean the spinach, remove stems, wash twice, drain excess water, and finely chop it after placing it in a sieve.

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into 1-inch pieces.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida (heeng) and cumin seeds (jeera). Once jeera splutters, add chopped green chilies and garlic.

  1. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, peas, and potatoes. Mix well.

  2. Cook uncovered until any water content evaporates and the vegetables are dry, stirring occasionally.

  1. aloo palak dry sabzi is ready to be served.
  2. Now I Serve it with hot parathas, naan, chapati, or rice.
