Healthy oats Chilla Recipe.

you should know about the quick and easy 'Oats Cheela' (Oats Pancake). It is considered quite healthy and provides energy to the body. The special thing about it is that it can be prepared in just 20 minutes, and all the necessary ingredients can be found in the kitchen. Oats are rich in fiber, and incorporating them into your diet can provide your body with not only protein but also energy.

I have prepared this recipe for three people. To make this, you will need the following ingredients:

🌳 Oats - 2 cups
🌳Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
🌳 Tomato - 1 small, finely chopped
🌳 Green chili - 1 small, finely chopped
🌳 Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
🌳Bell pepper (Shimla mirch) - 1 small, finely chopped
🌳Salt - as per taste
🌳 Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
🌳 Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
🌳 Oil - for cooking the cheela

  1. Firstly, soak the oats in water for 10 minutes or until they become soft and fluffy.

  1. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables by finely chopping the onion, tomato, green chili, fresh coriander, and bell pepper.

  1. Once the oats are ready, mix them with the soaked water, chickpea flour, chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well to form a batter for the cheela.

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan for making the cheela.

  2. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the hot pan and spread it thinly using a spoon to form a round shape.

  1. Cook the cheela on medium heat until both sides are golden and crispy.

  1. Serve the hot oats cheela with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
