I prefer starting my mornings with a glass of papaya juice. It's packed with nutritious elements that make me feel instantly revitalized. I enjoy the creamy consistency and the subtle sweetness.
Ingredients for Making Papaya Juice:
- Half papaya
- Cup of water
- 5-6 tablespoons of sugar
- Cardamom powder
- Ice cubes
You can add cashews and almonds to this, but I don't add them because I don't like them. You can also replace water with milk, but I don't like milk.
First, thoroughly wash the papaya.
Peel the papaya and cut it into small pieces.
- Put the chopped papaya into the blender.
- In the blender, add cardamom powder and sugar.
We'll crush it like this, and our juice is ready. Now, first, we'll take two beautiful glass tumblers and pour the juice into them.
