Raw Banana Paratha Recipe.

Hello friends, I hope you all are well. Today, I'm sharing a raw banana recipe. Raw bananas are rich in fiber and healthy starch, beneficial for our health. They also contain ample iron. Additionally, raw bananas aid in weight loss and lowering sugar levels. Now, let's learn an easy way to make raw banana paratha.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 raw bananas
  2. Fresh coriander leaves
  3. 2 green chilies
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

I am making these parathas for my child's lunch, and he likes parathas with bananas, potatoes, and paneer. I have taken the ingredients for two parathas, but you can adjust according to your preferences.

** 1. Steps:**

  1. Boil the raw bananas in a pressure cooker with 2-3 whistles after adding a few sheets.

Let them cool, peel, and mash.

    Mix mashed bananas with green chilies, coriander, all spices, and salt according to taste.

Knead the dough with a little oil and make small balls.

Flatten the balls, add stuffing, seal, and shape into round parathas.

Dust with dry flour and roll out into circular shapes.

    Heat a griddle, cook the parathas with ghee until golden on both sides.
